Have I suggested this before? I would still love the font tool to have the option for us (and the customers) to set ALL CAPS or not. & maybe even faux bold and faux italic (and underline and strikethrough even tho I dont often employ those) if we can't have those weights and styles for some fonts. and maybe also the bullet list tool options Much like the options available here in the forum.

I may have asked before (I don't remember) but.... Please allow the customers to see both sides of a product in ONE single view image in the marketplace. Example: I have a tee shirt that is a double side humorous design. Without the customer seeing the punchline side (the back) of my tee shirt design the entire concept is lost IMO because how else can the customer know there is something on the back unless it's seen in the marketplace image? Double side views are really needed on the following products. Tee Shirts (all double side apparel) - Coffee Mugs - All Drinkware - Double Side Keychains Business Cards - Name Badges... and any other appropriate double side products. Hi Everyone So I have had customers asking me about Wedding Websites and in more depth Websites that would be matching the templates to my designs. Zazzle has give us a QR Code generator which works amazingly and is great but this sends traffic away from Zazzle to other sites who have wedding websites. Is it a possibility that Zazzle could look at offering this service in the future? Whereby our digital or printed cards could be available on a wedding website in this template form (and the websites could sell like a digital product for example). Or a combo like is already available. I feel these additional offerings could also bring more traffic and extra sales on top of the current printed and digital sales, it also could target a different customer base. Thanks

Is there, or can be there someday soon, a way to sell product for a "limited time" so to create things that will "never to be sold again (maybe)" therefore greatly increasing, automatically, the "fear of missing out"? Also things could be sold for much more money as part of the collectability and specialty of items. Then, at the pre-schedule time (with a count-down on each product's page), the item can no longer be ordered and show it is "sold out" with a button option to have people sing-up to be alerted via email when new, time-limited things are for sale.

It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale. Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one. Thanks!

it would be very nice (and powerful) if we had the ability to change the order (via drag and drop) tags in the backend. Right now, if I want to delete the first tag and replace it with another one in that same position, I would have to (1) view the tags as text (2) select the tags (3) copy the tags to the clipboard (4) remove all the tags (5) enter the new first tag, and (6) then paste the other tags. I've had some requests to add a return address to the standard envelopes that come with invitations. This seems like a reasonable request of service for the customer to ask. I send them to the custom envelopes but there's a lot of room for confusion with buying the correct sizes. And many don't want to deal with sticker return address labels. It would be awesome to just be able to have a return address printed along with the invitation purchase.

Hi! Maybe I'm the only one who has a small laptop screen but when I go to add products to my collection from the backend it looks like this: You see that tiny sliver? How on earth am I supposed to see what I am selecting? Maybe there is a workaround but I feel like I dont need that huge blue box there. Yes I know I can add products other ways but when creating a new collection this is the only way. Thanks!

Hello Zazzle Team! We love Zazzle, and the design tool, and we have an idea which we'd love to ask for. We'd LOVE to see more flexibility in the grid design. What we would ideally love is to be able to define our own grid, to many different parameters. Could be quadrants that work with the product we're designing on; could be centimeters, could be inches, etc, depending on the product. What would also be really great is to be able to overlay a secondary grid, with perhaps different grid line colors, so we can see it separate from the first grid. Please can you add the ability to search for partial words- eg - towel would also bring up towels, bath - would bring up bathroom - golf would bring up golfer/golfing etc I'm uploading cover photos to the media section in collections, if I've accidentally uploaded cover photos in the plural - i.e napkins instead of napkin - I have to double my search term which is taking precious time Thanks for considering!

I hope this can be added to 'Zazzle's lengthy 'to do' list. Thanks! This first image below shows a design on the new foil invitation using a black background. The second image is on the same design with a white background and the final image is the same design on one of the older folded greeting cards. As you can see, on the black background the in situ looks like a flat yellow with no texture or color gradation...on a white background it looks slightly better as it shows some depth. The in situ for the folded greeting cards is so much better as it shows some texture and variation in color. I wouldn't be tempted to buy the invitation because it just doesn't look like foil. I am not a fan of product or collection videos (collection videos are particularly obnoxious and "in your face" distracting!) but I tried to make ONE video for a mug, using a professional template, and that video won't load! I keep getting a "server error" any time I try day or night. I don't know what the problem is! I tried renaming it, that didn't help. It would be very helpful if Zazzle would tell us what is actually wrong with the video, instead of that vague "server error!" (and it definitely not a problem on my end- I have fast stable internet, and a very fast gaming laptop.) It's only 8 seconds long, 6mb size.

Hi everyone! My main market is animal people with a niche in livestock. Especially goats and show goats. Some of my customers are not super knowledgeable about POD sites. I run into a LOT of people who have never heard of Zazzle. More the a few times I have had frustrated customers. I've had to take screenshots of the steps to customize an item, of how to add items to the cart, etc. Then adding big red arrows on what buttons to click to get to the checkout. I know to us who frequently use Zazzle it seems so silly. One of my recent customers - assumed I owned the Zazzle site all together - there comment to me was "I don't know how you manage to stay in business" referring to how they could not figure out how to get one of my items to their cart to check out. I KNOW.... it seems to silly to a lot of us. I could order and edit things in my sleep. LOL Maybe one already exists? A How to order video. Common things you will run into when personalizing. How to edit personalized items. Geared towards those who are not very computer savvy or those who have never even heard of Zazzle.

I see a post requesting this from back in 2022 but again, please consider adding a Unisex category to the t-shirt category options. The "other" category doesn't seem right so I end up listing under clothes and shoes, in order to avoid making two shirts, one for guys, one for gals. Thanks

Hello everyone, While reviewing my product listings on Zazzle marketplaces in various countries, I noticed very few stars and no review comments left on one of my I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER case-mate products on the Zazzle New Zealand marketplace that wasn't purchased because I've already checked my store sales order history. I was wondering why I received a low star rating and then I realized perhaps the number of stars and how many people purchased that product which is advertised under the product title are for all product purchases placed for that same product in each Zazzle marketplace designed by all Zazzle designers. From a customer's point of view, my first thought would be that another customer purchased that product from me and wasn't happy with their purchase so they gave me a low star rating. This doesn't look good for me as a designer and may deter people from purchasing any product from my store. Furthermore, I have no control over the quality of other products designed and made by other creators/designers in the Zazzle marketplace. Please consider only showing the number of stars and the number of orders placed from that designer's store under each product title. This will give a true representation of how many people are happy with that design made by that creator/designer and perhaps help all Zazzle creators/designers who produce quality designs see a boost in their product sales too. I also see reviews for 'Other Designs' next to 'This Design' (mine) which should not be there. To summarise: Please consider removing 'Reviews - Other Designs' from my product listings and avoid including product reviews from all Zazzle creator stores under 'one umbrella' for each product listing. Product style control is what lets us pick if a t-shirt is only available on black t-shirts, white t-shirts, etc. The current system - where you can choose 1 style preset from a dropdown menu - is a very all-or-nothing approach, which can often lead to excluding several viable products to prevent 1 unwanted product appearing. The example that brought me here was the iron-on clothing labels. They are available in 3 shapes: square, circle, rectangle. If my design looks bad on a rectangle, there is currently no way to exclude JUST that shape. I can choose to have 'only this shape', which means I would only have circles availble. By not including squares, I may miss out of valuable sales. The same thing can apply to any product available in a wide variety of shapes - cushions, keyrings, etc. My proposal is that the styles each get their own checkbox so designers can precisely choose which variations they do and don't want for each design.

I've been designing a lot of envelopes recently and have a few suggestions/requests. First, it would be really helpful if there were customizable envelopes available for all the size cards that Zazzle offers. The two requests I get most frequently are for envelopes for 3.5x5 inch cards (not sure what size that is) and size A9 - for cards designed on 8.5x5.5 inch paper (cardstock) sheets. Second, would it be possible to get a product view that included the front as well as both back views (open and closed) of the envelope? Often, most of the design is on the inside flap, but if I choose that view, then customers can't tell whether the design has a pre-printed return address on the back flap, or a pre-printed mail-to address on the front.
