Whenever we are finalising each object in our design to become a templated one, (using the layers area) as we move to the next object to be templated, we always have to select it TWICE, before we can proceed. In other words, we can select the next object in our layers area, but the selection STAYS on the previous object and we have to select the next object AGAIN to template it. It would be helpful when redesigning old product designs if we could sort products by the date created.  This way designs we are improving or altering in some way would be easy to locate as we work on them.  Especially when redoing ones that are in multiple color schemes and on multiple products.  Then when done, we could easily sort them and remove the old product if desired.  If we choose not to remove them right away, it could help to see which ones are viewed more, the newer or the older.  Which would make full use of the new quick stats and view insight options.   ... PLEASE make the order of the feedback section conform to the remainder of the entire forum. I.E. All new comments (whether new suggestion, or response to earlier suggestion, are sorted as newest and show first. I have the forums sorted NEWEST to OLDEST.  Currently one has to page through the 8 plus pages of threads to find the bolded title to read latest responses. I've received numerous messages from customers who don't understand how to select the quantity of cards or invitations that they want to purchase. The drop-down box seems to totally confuse them because they think that the drop-down selections are the only options - they don't realize that they can type any number into the box.  I've only had a handful of customers ask me about this but judging by the fact that I frequently see weird orders on my royalty reports where the customer places two orders for the same card/invite - one with a quantity of 100 and one with a quantity of 50 - or some other combination of numbers, I think that a very large percentage of customers don't understand.  I'm guessing that at least part of the purpose behind the drop-down is to show the volume discount, but I think it's really off-putting for customers who don't get it. I frequently get requests for the standard stickers in a 2" circle size.  As well it was a popular size for my previous off-Zazzle projects.  We could use the custom cut decals, but those come out with the white border around the edge, which doesn't look as nice for stationery applications, and it's difficult to get exact sizes with the design tool.  Would love to have this as a size option.  Also I've had requests for decals that would fit on a poker chip now that the actual custom poker chips have been discontinued - I believe that size is something around 1". ... I believe I mentioned this before. Is it possible to make the area for lock and when an image is blocked from view to show up better in the layers section?  In all the browsers I tired the area that shows the images and font as they are layered is a dark gray and the icons are impossible to see. If you do not know these options are available they are pointless. Perhaps the little lock can be black so you know it is there and turns red showing the layer is actually locked. The same with the hide icon. Make it seeable and change the color when it is in use.  ... View more

One thing that's always made it hard for me to be fully organized with my files in the image browser is that there is an option for "all images", "recent images", and "my folders" but no option for images that aren't in folders.  I want to go through my files as quickly as possible and find any that aren't already organized into folders and get them sorted quickly without having to sort through every single image I have in the "all images" option.  Please consider adding the ability to filter by files that aren't saved into folders. ... Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. I think its high time that the minimum royalty before the carve out for designers (or creators or whatever we are deemed these days lol) should reflect the same thing that is happening everywhere. Prices on products have increased across the board, but we are still charged an additional fee after 14.9% which has been in place for a decade+. Should that not also reflect the times? It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.  ... View more

Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this. ...
