When Insitu images were moved from the side to below the main product image they ended up below the fold on my screen so that if I want to change the insitu I have to scroll down, click, and then scroll up again to view the new image. Assuming I'm not the only one who has to do this (or is it just me?) I'd like to suggest arrow keys on the left and right side of the main image that would allow the viewer to move through the insitu images without having to scroll. We Actually Have Stationery Papers!!, I thought we don't have any of these, because when I type stationery on search bar, random stuff pops up that has nothing to do with stationery... infact we have Notepads too, and I didn't even know until now.  In Etsy, when you type stationery, they immediately understand you are looking for weekly planners or kitchen planners or something. they understand that you are looking for notepads and papers with printed planners. but in zazzle it thinks that I'm looking for greeting cards and jackets and pillows... my goodness..  Even when I type "kitchen accessories", shouldn't be cutting board be the first to popup? not those mugs and water bottle, yeah, I mean they are part of the kitchen and dining too, but zazzle search should be a little bit more smarter. maybe we have customize knives and plates too and we didn't even know about it.  ... With instant downloads, this is minor but might make things a little more "uniform. Where we set the profit percentage, would it be viable to let us set the price and then the price would set the percentage as well as how it is now? For example, a product, by setting the percentage, sells for $3.05. In my opinion it would "look better" for the actual price to be more rounded - like $3.00, or $3.25, or $3.50, etc/ It just seems that might appeal more to a potential customer.   ... View more

There doesn’t seem to be a good way to remove a group of products from a collection — sometimes it works if you select “add to a collection” (the one they are currently in) — but then you have to go and check the collection to see if it really happened.  More steps then should be required, when the other would be really simple. It might be helpful for the digital stats to be able to be sorted independently of printed stats.  Meaning, currently, even after drilling down the backend preview to Show digital stats only, and also selecting the "digital enabled" radio button... if I sort by "orders all time" or "last sold date" - I'm seeing them in order of print sales and NOT digital sales.  I think I'd love the option to view digital sales entirely separately/without taking printed sales into consideration?  Also if there was a way to show them a little more obviously in the Earnings section (besides the little "t" and transferred indication), (a different column color on the Earnings page similar to canceled orders? Instead of the "t" maybe an uppercase "D"?) it would be helpful from a visual standpoint and a spreadsheet sorting/filter standpoint.    🙂 thanks! ... View more

Hi everyone, or only the ones who read my text 😅 I have a minor or not (you decide) technical issue regarding adding an item to collections. (in the product page) For example, I just created an item that can be placed in several collections. What is a bit disturbing is that I keep going back and forth to select each collection separately (from the Actions -> Add to Collections -> then a window "Your Collections" opens). As a suggestion, it would be ok to keep the window open until we can select all the collections we need and then give a simple "ok" to close the window. Hey folk!  Living outside of the US and trying to use this shop in a design way is something extremely... whatever. I really often have the problem that clients and people ask for a paper sample or want to discover the sizes and want to see some real products.  Starting my shirt shops in Germany was easy. I just asked and got the best seller shirts as samples with all kinds of prints, mine and others. Just to have a look and feel sample. It worked well. And of course, I was easy able to buy what I needed to test.  But I can't buy all paper goods and typical US market products zazzle offers.  I would love to get some paper and print samples. My idea is to share from each to other some cards, invitations or whatever you own from your own shop and is able to be delivered by postage somehow reasonable (I don't wanna cause to much expensive parcel cost for no one) to Germany. I think all of us sometimes is an own client. The most have cards and stickers from the own shop at home. Let's do an easy postage / real mail swap. You get a personal Great Dane Drawing postage from me, I get whatever "sample" you like from you. And of course, we could organize to list up who ever wants to take part and share different products. And of course, I have some own cards and products from my store too, it's possible to send you this to.  Of course, Zazzle claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee. But did you ever decided to buy 10000 flyers without knowing what paper this is? Me not. And not alle customers have the time to try out a first buy that will take some weeks for delivery. I think that it is great that one can upload ones art and make products available to put in our stores. I rekon that chances could improve the likelyhood of a sale if my art was the first option for customers, instead of making products myself the customer chooses what art and then what product to make. I do not know what people are wanting from the marketplace you see? for example; customer searches through database of artwork on zazzle, sees something he/she likes and then proceeds to choose what product to be made, all the way to purchase and delivery? would enableing this lead to more sales? best, Mzxta ... The search box is difficult to locate because it's light gray on white. This is true even though I've been here a number of years and ought to know where to find it. What might it be like for the customer, particularly since it's slowly become even less likely to be seen immediately because of all the picture links, links that don't show the true depth and breadth of Zazzle. Certainly, there are customers determined enough to find the search box, but what about the others who can easily get caught in the cul de sac of those pictures? The search term "wedding anniversary wine tote" is not synonymous with "wedding anniversary wine bag" . Please make the above terms interchangeable. The former is pulling up far fewer search results ... just 120. Surely there are many more than this.  I have 61 publicly visible wedding anniversary wine totes, but just 10 are being displayed.
