Use of Template Images in Large Format When designing a large-format banner, poster, or billboard, and including an image intended to be a template and replaced by the client, we should not be criticized for its size. This image will never be used in a way that affects its quality. Z, do not make me waste my time resizing and uploading enormous images. This should only apply to the client and never to the creator.

If you have products in your Featured Products area, and then one these products later on has a discontinued option placed on it. There's no way to remove it from the Featured Products area. Suggest, let us have the option to move it from featured products or it is automatically removed from any Featured products area somehow. This product: 235297723497929793 is one that is stuck in mine for example.

I'm sure this is something Z has done on purpose however, if someone is searching for the state of Maine they see pages upon pages of "main squeeze" wedding products. Yes there are the drill down circles but let's just say I don't see them. I'm given wedding foremost in front of my face. This only happens with Maine.

Hi Zazzle team, Paypal is not available in every country and as such, many creative contributors who live in those countries aren't able to join. I kindly request to make payment through Payoneer and Wise available. These Payment methods are available in most of these countries and adding these options will surely make a great difference. It would be an enormous help and time saver for us if messages that come in from clients for chat are automatically translated or at the very least have a drop down to select the language to translate it to / from. I get a message in another language and I have to copy and paste the text into a google translate box, then copy and paste a reply back in their language etc. etc. In addition it probably would not hurt to include the same module for the client to read and reply to our chat back messages. I spend a lot of time every day helping customers navigate the Zazzle site through the chat system. It would be SOOO much easier to grab screenshots etc if we could just paste images directly into the chat system like we can on the forum. As it is, the only way to do it is to take the screenshot, save it as a file, then upload it into the chat system. TIA for considering it!

Hi! Maybe I'm the only one who has a small laptop screen but when I go to add products to my collection from the backend it looks like this: You see that tiny sliver? How on earth am I supposed to see what I am selecting? Maybe there is a workaround but I feel like I dont need that huge blue box there. Yes I know I can add products other ways but when creating a new collection this is the only way. Thanks!

On the bottom of the product page you have an arrow system that only allows you to go one page at a time. Could you put in a different system so that you can skip multiple pages, or better yet choose the page number we can get to? It takes forever to scroll through 47 pages. Thanks in advance.

IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. Okay, that's my rant for the day. Goin' back to designing now. 😊

I noticed that notebooks have an option for bullet journals but not a diary-styled page. So a little like the lined pages but with a space specifically made to write the date of the journal entry. A related thought, although I know that this will be difficult to implement: Allow creators to design notebooks with custom designed pages. That way you can make the pages of the notebook match the cover.

The glass "texture" overlay put on the glass cutting boards is terrible, it destroys the whole design, especially on the flat preview and on darker designs. I've never signed out of Zazzle. I prefer to stay signed in. Suddenly, this week, there's a new sign in thing with a variety of sign in options, including password, google, etc. And adding that, signed me out. So suddenly, everyday I have to sign in using this form with my password and it lacks a remember me check box, because I would like it to "remember me" at least for a 12 hours of a day. You see, if I close my Zazzle page for even a couple hours, even if the computer is on, I still have to sign back in. Sometimes I like to conserve power by turning off my computer if I'm not going to be running errands and not sitting at my computer for 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon, but I get signed out and have to sign back in when I turn the computer back on later in the day. So I request a "remember me" feature in the sign in that remembers me for at least 12 hours, while I might be intermittently active on it during day time hours.

The minimum order quantity of 10 makes the new foil cards unusable for all sorts of occasions and events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. Even for thank you cards, get-well wishes, condolences, and some Holidays such as Valentine's Day they're obsolete unless you target small businesses. You don't buy 10 cards in bulk for such events, also considering they can be personalized Is this truly necessary? Old regular foil cards don't have minimum orders, so I doubt there is a technical reason behind that choice. Are there perhaps (hopefully) regular flat greeting cards coming with no minimum order quantity? It would be a true shame if it wouldn't be possible to sell single greeting cards.

Unless I’m overlooking it. I use Zazzle sometimes on my iPad. And I use the iPad screen keyboard. There’s no delete button on the screen keyboard. So when I need to delete a layer I have to “cut” it. It works, but sometimes I’ll have stuff waiting that has been “copied” into memory and when I cut it, it makes the copied thing disappear. There should be a delete button that’s in the same drop down menu as copy and paste. Also, there needs to be a way to select layers on an iPad. I can currently just select one or all. But nothing in between. Can the Zazzle team test this stuff on an iPad? Thanks!

I like that we can select a "Force Customer to Replace" option for visual images, and I understand there are multiple reasons for this. I'm also wondering if a "Force Customer to Edit" option would be good for text, so that they don't inadvertently miss updating a template. There are certain text placeholders, such as names and dates, that we often want to ensure that customers update. I fear that a customer might leave a date as 202X, for example, then have to return or replace a gift. This would especially be a problem for a special ocassion if they don't have time to reorder. Perhaps we already have measures in place to help prevent customers overlooking text templates, but if not, then it would be great to have this option. I'd hate for a Merideth to order a cup that still says Jennifer!
