I’d like to bring up something that could really enhance the customer and designer experience on this platform. Making it easier for customers to request custom design help directly from us would be a great step forward. I often receive messages from customers asking for personalized tweaks or full custom layouts, and I’ve noticed something important. When I take the time to work with them, they come back. Custom design has led to loyal, repeat customers who trust my shop and return for future occasions. That kind of relationship is valuable for both designers and Zazzle. But currently there’s no real structure in place to support it. Everything happens behind the scenes, and it’s not always easy or clear for customers to know they can ask for help. Imagine how helpful it would be if there were a built-in option for customers to request a customization. Something as simple as a button that alerts the designer and opens up a way to respond with terms or a quote. This could even lead to a dedicated revenue stream for both the designer and the platform. If other designers have had similar experiences, I’d love to hear how you’ve handled it. Wasn't sure whether to put this here or in technical issues - but is there any way Zazzle can make the curved “ ” and ‘ ’ the default in the customizer? Or is there a shortcut I don't know about to make them show up easier than copy paste (since customers likely won't do that).  That straight prime symbol that shows up is so unsightly and even obtrusive in some fonts. It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. Could we please get an option to make a new category or subcategory while we are listing a product? Sometimes when I'm posting a new design, I get to the listing page and when I try to select the store category, I realize I forgot to make a category for that design. So then I have to stop and go back and make the category, then finish the listing. Or put it in "New Products" temporarily, which means that with the indexing glitch, it'll be several days before it actually moves over into the correct category. ... View more

Like everyone else, I have been trying to take an objective look at some of my early 18yr old stores .. some that have been forgotten.. WOW .. what a mess .. I remember in the “old days” when it was suggested we put every design on every product using the quick create .. yeah.. Im not thinking that was such a good idea .. there have been times I have checked the MP newest designs to see if mine had made it yet .. and a person can tell when QPC was used .. and excuse my tone , but they look like c*ap.. yes even mine .. its embarrassing actually .. I think back in the days we were trying to FILL the marketplace .. now being more selective and actually having to vie for a decent mp spot .. some of these slapped together products are just taking up space .. mine included .. I think it might be time to retire this option for creating products .. time to get serious and if you want to put a design on a product to sell.. you will need to do them one at a time .. thats just my outlook on things .. now back to deleting the garbage I have in my own stores ..  ... With the recent price increase due to inflation I am going through stores and products and rolling some prices back to where they were.  It is a time consuming and tedious process.  I have one store that I would like to be able to set all products to a certain royalty but I don't seem to have that option.  I can set ALL my stores to a certain royalty, but not an individual store.  My request is to make it so that those of us that have multiple stores could set a store wide royalty per store, not per account. I have had customers ask me what kind of binder paper will fit the mini binders and how many clips there are in the binder. I was wondering if a description modification or an additional product image could be shown to allow potential customers to see how many binder clips there are in the mini binders. This is a longshot, but I figured I'd ask. Often when I have a product that contains a customer editable QR Code, I also place a text field with the same URL info because not everyone knows how to use a QR code. I'm thinking about wedding RSVPs etc. The problem is that I've had several instances where the customer didn't understand that they needed to enter the URL in both the text field and the QR Code box - they assumed that entering it in the text field was sufficient to make the QR Code work. I try to be as clear as I can in the field labels but as we all know, people don't read instructions. I think they see the URL displayed as text and just assume that the QR Code got the info from there. It would be super helpful if there was some way to make both things have the same data in the same way that you can have text duplicated in different fields by giving them the same URL Parameter Name. Like maybe a text field with the same URL Parameter Name as the QR Code? Or maybe there could be an option to display the QR code as text as well as the code? It would have to be something where you could adjust the style of the text to match the design. I'm kinda doubting that this would be doable, but if there was some way to make it work it go a long way toward easing confusion and probably result in fewer returns and unhappy customers. ... At the moment, we can only create pillow cases for the 20"h x 30"w pillows, BUT I think it would be nice if customers would be a able to purchase pillow cases for the square Throw pillows ( 16" x 16" and 20" x 20"). I think more square pillows would be sold if customers would have the possibility of changing the pillow cases from time to time, with different designs (winter holidays, spring, summer and so on). This way, they can 'refresh' the look in their homes whenever they'd want without having to pay too much for it. Can we have added on the product creation page the option to turn on/off "limited quantities" and set the number for how many we are allowing to be sold, maximum quantity per order (or no limit), and show the countdown to how many are left available for purchase AND an option to not limit by count BUT instead to limit for sale until a particular date and time. So we would have: 1) Set total quantity to be sold? Y/N? 2) Enter total quantity (ie, 100 pieces). Zazzle computers will auto-subtract every item sold and immediately update the count remaining on the product page. 3) Limit quantity per purchase? Y/N? 4) Also limit quantity per user account? (how many times a signed in customer can buy it on that account) 5) OR....instead of all of this, Set the termination date when product will be removed from the store (unavailable for sale unless the creator re-sets the clock). It would be really great if we could copy a collection to make a new one. For example, if I have multiple colorways, I could make a collection for the blue colorway, and then copy that and change the word blue in the title and description to red.
