Thank you for the massive font expansion. The choice is now great but the drawback is that it has become overwhelming. It would be extremely helpful if you would move the chosen favorites to the top of the respective style/category lists: favorites first (alphabetically), then the rest (alphabetically). This way we can save a lot of scrolling now that the choice is immense. I know, there is the favorites category (thank you for that great add, too) but in practice, it's more convenient to work by style category - the favorites category gets overwhelming and difficult to use, too, with so many fonts. Thanks for considering. Have a great day! Oh, and kudos for the latest improvements, the designer has become a gem.

IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. Okay, that's my rant for the day. Goin' back to designing now. 😊

It would be really great if customers had the option to purchase different amounts of sheet protectors with their binder purchase. Maybe a drop down box to add different amounts like 12, 24, 36, 50 or something along those lines. Also, an option for Tab Dividers in a similar fashion would nice, and perhaps offer these in different solid color options or white with colored tabs.

I had a family member that was an avid puzzle builder and loved to frame them and hang them throughout the home. I think that having the option to purchase puzzle glue and a frame at the time of purchase may be an additional revenue stream for puzzles. Thanks for considering. Whenever we are finalising each object in our design to become a templated one, (using the layers area) as we move to the next object to be templated, we always have to select it TWICE, before we can proceed. In other words, we can select the next object in our layers area, but the selection STAYS on the previous object and we have to select the next object AGAIN to template it. Perhaps there is a reason or perhaps it can be fixed. it's always been like this. any feedback from the design team would be great! thank you.

I noticed that notebooks have an option for bullet journals but not a diary-styled page. So a little like the lined pages but with a space specifically made to write the date of the journal entry. A related thought, although I know that this will be difficult to implement: Allow creators to design notebooks with custom designed pages. That way you can make the pages of the notebook match the cover.

PLEASE make the order of the feedback section conform to the remainder of the entire forum. I.E. All new comments (whether new suggestion, or response to earlier suggestion, are sorted as newest and show first. I have the forums sorted NEWEST to OLDEST. Currently one has to page through the 8 plus pages of threads to find the bolded title to read latest responses. The responses are not sortable to show newest first. I think there might be one more thread that is also not organized.

It's unbelievable how many "me too" posts are generated in the Tech forum. We need someone to lock all but the original post. Usually someone from Z has acknowledge the issue on the first post. But members don't seem to look for duplicate threads of the same problem and start another. Even writing on those duplicate threads with links to the original does nothing to deter other's from adding their "me too" posts. If a moderator would lock those duplicate posts the original posts wouldn't be pushed to the bottom.

Hey Zazzle Team! It is my understanding that letterpress techniques for printing have become much more economical. We were wondering if you might consider offering letterpress for a few select items, such as wedding invitations. This would allow us to target a higher-end clientele to the Zazzle marketplace. When I design a business card with a special paper like black core or grey or kraft look it is off putting that when you are in the design tool the paper stock is not visible during the design process. So I'm designing a business card for example on black core business card stock but in the design tool the black core is not visible... it's actually invisible / nowhere to be seen until saving it. To clarify what I'm saying in case I'm not expressing myself well here.... if I'm designing business cards on the black core, kraft look or grey paper stock please let me see the paper texture instead of blank canvas while customers and I are designing. In addition when I select rounded corner card stock style please allow he designing view to show actual rounded corners as it will appear when finished.

I've received numerous messages from customers who don't understand how to select the quantity of cards or invitations that they want to purchase. The drop-down box seems to totally confuse them because they think that the drop-down selections are the only options - they don't realize that they can type any number into the box. I've only had a handful of customers ask me about this but judging by the fact that I frequently see weird orders on my royalty reports where the customer places two orders for the same card/invite - one with a quantity of 100 and one with a quantity of 50 - or some other combination of numbers, I think that a very large percentage of customers don't understand. I'm guessing that at least part of the purpose behind the drop-down is to show the volume discount, but I think it's really off-putting for customers who don't get it. Perhaps there's some other way to display the volume discount that wouldn't be so confusing?

I frequently get requests for the standard stickers in a 2" circle size. As well it was a popular size for my previous off-Zazzle projects. We could use the custom cut decals, but those come out with the white border around the edge, which doesn't look as nice for stationery applications, and it's difficult to get exact sizes with the design tool. Would love to have this as a size option. Also I've had requests for decals that would fit on a poker chip now that the actual custom poker chips have been discontinued - I believe that size is something around 1".

1.) Can we please get a new department, to choose from, for magnets? All magnets default to kitchen magnets and I find it odd, that there is not a department for car magnets, when I am making a car magnet. 2.) First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment. If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat. Thank you in advance

I would like to request that the Zazzle Email, which is a message to someone who has purchased from a Collection, be made available on ALL Collection Types please.. Currently it is only available on Cross sell/Event Type Collections. I believe a Holiday-Christmas of Holiday photo cards (Type: similar style/theme) is as deserving of a Zazzle email message from me to a purchaser of one of my Holiday cards from my Holiday collection. Or a Gift Type themed Collection that is all, say, cats, is as deserving of a Zazzle email to purchasers as an Cross-sell/event. I don't see why a Zazzle email isn't optional for every Collection type?

I believe I mentioned this before. Is it possible to make the area for lock and when an image is blocked from view to show up better in the layers section? In all the browsers I tired the area that shows the images and font as they are layered is a dark gray and the icons are impossible to see. If you do not know these options are available they are pointless. Perhaps the little lock can be black so you know it is there and turns red showing the layer is actually locked. The same with the hide icon. Make it seeable and change the color when it is in use.

I get asked by customers all the time if we offer larger favor boxes...One customer said the gable boxes were too small for cookies. I think is a huge miss on our part, so I just wanted to put this out there again for a product suggestion. Thanks!

I’d love to be able to sort my listings by royalty %. I have some product lines that have multiple royalty price points and without a sort it’s hard to keep track because everything is jumbled together. Adding this search to the drop down menu would be very helpful.

Just a small suggestion - would it be possible to remove the side column from storefronts (where the media section is) so the categories and products can go all the way across - like they do on the products page and collections page? The sidebar kind of creates a blank waste of space along the side for most of the page and causes the category images to be odd numbered with a blank spot on the front page. If you have 8 categories with images - looks great on the products page (2 rows of 4 categories - perfect!) - but on the front page - it shows oddly as 2 rows of 3 categories and 1 row of 2 categories with a blank spot. Maybe move media - under About and same width as that - but above Categories - so categories, collections and products can be full width.
