Hi! When you lock any element of your design with the padlock or by marking objects as permanent and always visible to prevent modification, and then you want to transfer or copy and paste that design, the designer must unlock and unmark the objects, which is really annoying since they then have to lock and mark them again. Would it be possible to find a solution so that this doesn't affect the creator? TIA!

When creating a new Store Category at the post product for sale stage, it might make more sense for the Edit Category button (in the lower right corner) to be an OK button instead.

I've just come from working on some postcards and greeting cards and noticed that the attribution removal box is now labeled "Remove Independent Creator Credit". In my considered opinion, Zazzle has just made things worse--much, much worse--for designers who use their own attributions. Quite frankly, the move seems calculated to discourage the practice of using our own attributions entirely. Paying the 5- or 10-cents will not remove a designer-generated logo or attribution causing the customer to wonder just what it is their paying for. And, the designer will be blamed for including their logos. This is/is becoming an ongoing issue between Zazzle and designers. Customers should not even be made aware of it with this nickel-and-dime charge. Please take the attribution box off the listing page altogether and put it on the Post for Sale page rolling the removal cost into the overall pricing of the cards/postcards. That way designers have control over how to market their creations and customers are oblivious to the process. Unless, of course, Zazzle really is trying to force designers into abandoning their own branding. I didn't think it possible, but for me, the whole attribution thing has now gone from bad to worse.

There is little chance that we will ever sell any peel and stick wallpaper at these prices! I just looked online and we are about 5 or 6 times higher than anyone else out there! Please drop the prices so that we can make some sales. Thank you.

I haven't searched myself in the marketplace in a long time, but this morning I tried. My store name comes up, but if I search store name + product type or store name + keyword I get zero results. I realize that customers could just go to my store, but I wonder if there is a reason this isn't part of the search function?

Currently the Homepage includes the About section at the top of the page. This section is cut off for some reason which makes the page not look as good as it could. My thought is that we move the Search bar up into the "Menu" bar, and also insure that the About section fully appears. I have included images of how the site looks now (Current) and what I think would be an improvement (Revised)

Please don't mark already Hidden products as needing Optimization. It is confusing when we sort for all the products needing Optimization, because I have a whole folder of old Hidden products that I've made new version for, or are otherwise keeping just for reference. These are showing up along with the former Public products that are hidden by Zazzle for lack of views, and then I'm not sure whether a product I'm trying to optimize was hidden by me or Zazzle! I end up wasting time working on those products, only to find out that they were Hidden by me anyway!

I would love to be able to export the data from the Royalty by Product screen to an csv. It would also be super helpful if we could export our products with the stats we are able to view on the product page. Thanks!

Yeah, so I just slapped on a faux neon design on one of the nifty new signs and it seems that we need a pop-up to let customers know it's not actually a neon sign, just as a "lace" or "wood" design has a pop-up. Thanks.

Since collections are the main focus now, we need something in the back end to quickly see where items are missing from collections. If I search for a wedding design as an example, I would be able to find products that need to be added to a collection by scrolling down and looking for ones marked as zero. Products that belong in more than one collection can easily be picked up too. Currently, I have to click through each item just to see if they are in any collection and that is super time consuming.

In the original forums, there was a thread giving wonderful guidance to newbies. I wish I could remember the name of it, but I'm sure others remember it well. Could we have a notation accompanying products chosen as PERFECT GIFT picks (in the same way that products chosen as Editors' Picks are flagged -- with a yellow star icon and the text "EDITORS' PICK" to the right of the icon). https://www.zazzle.com/collections/editors_picks-119036089277446232 Perhaps a giftbox icon and the accompanying text "PERFECT GIFT." On the individual product page, please explain below the Title what and why this product was chosen as the Perfect Gift. When I visit a product chosen as Editors' Pick, I can hover over the link that's just below the Title and it will tell me "This has been selected by Zazzle Editors as a top-quality or top-selling design". https://www.zazzle.com/whimsical_hedgehogs_in_an_english_country_garden_hanging_tapestry-256697410166280262 A similar explanation accompanying a Perfect Gift pick on its individual product page would be extremely helpful. The fact that there is presently no notation, definition, or accompanying explanation for Perfect Gift picks (even in the Help Center) leads me (and possibly potential customers as well) to believe that a product chosen as a Perfect Gift might be not as good one chosen as an Editors' Pick.

I love the new wording used for 'edit using design tool'. The only problem is that this is still hidden at the bottom of the pop-up window for 'personalize this template'. In many cases, especially for invites, this can be a very long list and thus a customer would have to scroll down this long list of template items before even finding this design area access. From the chat messages I receive, it's obvious that many customers don't even know that the design area exists. Why isn't this made a prominent option on the product page....why hide it in this out-of-the-way location??

RE: Replace product feature Recently I noticed a Replace product button to resubmit a product To the Z team: it would be nice if there was some guidance as to how much we can change without rejection? While the product rejection notice I received yesterday had an explanation (and some of it made sense). It will save both the designers and reviewers time if we knew what we generally can or can't do. The reason for my request is I just had a product I resubmitted after making some alterations. I changed the font which was a poor design choice (in my early days of inexperience). The text was also poorly aligned and the layout was chaotic. I though this was a good candidate for replacement. The reviewer though otherwise and for some of the reasons they mentioned, they were right. One reason mentioned: A customer revisiting the product might be disappointed by the drastic changes (their words.... paraphrased 🙂 Thank you in advance for considering some guidance.

I recently made a couple of pillows and noticed the images of the pillows are smaller than previous ones I made - I believe before the in situ images were added. Both of these pillows are 16x16. I definitely prefer the larger pillow size. Can this go back to the way it was? Thanks

I would love to see Comfort Color T-shirts being offered. The Unisex 1717 t-shirt is very popular right now and I feel the t-shirt line needs to be updated. I think that these t-shirts would be very popular with bridal parties.
