I think the customers' expectations are met by presenting that spread. The problems come in when they can't actually see what the design is doing. But, they might take that object, make it smaller, center it and put text around it for the triangle or other shapes. You never know.
This is a problem throughout. The heart shaped favor boxes have the same issues. The design is cutoff where the heart shape is cut out. If you design for that box (around the window), the design often does not look right on the other boxes that are offered.
I wish that there was an option where we can link all the different shapes together if we have redesigned them to fit on each shape for stickers, favor boxes and any other products with this issue. It never looks good when a customer sees an ill fitted design on a product being offered for sale. It should always be presented as professional as possible.
