Now that we have a digital download option for invitations I would really like to see Zazzle require a purchase of 10 Printed Invitations.  I think customers primarily purchase samples of Wedding Invitations, not Birthday invitations.  In that case offer a sample set of 5+ invitations so customers can see the wedding invitations before the final purchase, but make it specific to wedding and call it a Sample Pack.  I am seeing quite a few sales of birthday invitations where the customer buys one printed invitation, which clearly means they are going to copy that invite.  That really hinders the digital download option.  Even at 10 invites my commission is going to be much lower than a digital download but it might discourage this type of buying behavior and it certainly not a 28 cent commission!  ... This works for fabric and it works perfectly, could we please have the button to post other types of products for sale on phones? (I dont have a tablet so I dont know if this can be done on tablets?) It's so convenient, I tend to spend a few days designing and then upload a lot of designs over a day or two, its would be so helpful to be able to publish those designs when I'm not in front of my computer. It helps me to keep organized to do one thing at a time, so if I'm uploading a lot of designs I lose track if I have to publish each one before moving on to the next.   ... View more

I searched for the word "party" and I got these products listed as it's shown below. The issue is: they are white on a white background. Today I was searching for a way to change my payment method on the Zazzle black settings.  My payment method was outdated, so I wanted to auto renew it with the correct account.  There is no where to do this in the account level.  So, I had to delete the old payment method, hence dropping my auto renewal payment.  If I could've changed it within my account, it would be simple for me.  I suppose deleting the old, and then adding the new will have to do, but seems odd today for this to be.  There are more reasons today than ever that we would have to change our payment methods.  I just think it would be more customer friendly and easier, to control our payment method on the account level, instead of bugging a customer service rep or doing what I just did. ... I’d like to suggest a vertical product view image for the large Hershey’s candy bars. Also, the ability to change their design placement from horizontal to vertical inside the design tool. The candy bars could work really well for vertical designs. Right now, it’s hard to express those designs to a potential customer. It’s harder if the design also has editable templates. Since certain Coffee shops are slowly phasing out the use of paper cups for their beverages, what about having reusable hot and cold coffee tumbler cups that people can take with them. Likewise, cup sleaves for hot beverages should be an add-on or separate customizable gift. Some of the reusable hot drink cups that I have seen on the market for aren't insulated. So, while it is capable of holding a hot beverage. It isn't comfortable to hold due to the warmth of the contents. So having something like a can koozie that can be placed around a standard hot drink cup could be something that people would enjoy having.  ... View more

When the system automatically adds a title to something that can be purchased in different sizes, can it NOT add the size it was originally created on? Example:  Christmas stockings - can be purchased Small or Large.  I design small. If I allow the system to automatically add Christmas Stocking to the title I type, it actually types SMALL Christmas stocking.  Now, considering that it is not only small, but can be upgraded to large, this makes not sense to me. Sizing on foam core boards is a big problem. I mostly use these for wedding seating charts, and the customers do NOT understand that the design cannot morph to fit a different shape board, so the portrait, landscape, and square icons at the top of the sizing always get them in trouble. They inevitably click on one to test it out, and the instant they do, they're hosed, because unless they wrote down the original size, there's no way to get it back, and you basically have to re-design the board from scratch at that point. I was getting daily messages from confused customers about this, so I made all of my seating charts "this size only" which was a great solution because that setting still allowed them to change the size with the spinner buttons, but it was harder for them to get in trouble that way. BUT... for some reason, the pick your own size spinner button option has gone away when it's set to "this size only", so the only choice is to limit the size to the exact parameters I designed it with, or to throw open the gates of confusion which puts me back in the position of having to fix the design for virtually every single customer who buys a seating chart. Please, please, please either put it back the way it was with the "pick your size" spinner buttons always visible, or give us the option to limit the size to "this aspect ratio only" so customers can change the size but can't mess up the design, or give us the option to have the spinner buttons and/or portrait/landscape/square buttons visible or not, or at least create some sort of "reset size" button so the customer can get back to square one if they totally mess things up. Sorry to rant - it's just super frustrating to not be able to allow some flexibility for the customer without having to spend hours fixing things for them every single day. Thanks! ... View more

When clicking on "Transfer Design" in the backend, designers are required to do a search for a product rather than being able to pick one that shows up on the initial product page. So, for example, if I want to transfer a button design to a mug I can't just select a mug from the first page but have to enter "mug" in the search field in order to select it. So many times I've forgotten about that and end up staring at a blank product when I was expecting a transfer and have to go back to the first page to do the search. Also it would be nice to have a list of favorite products to choose from for transferring since QC seems to be gone for good. Would save a lot of time. Thx. ... View more

Some people created TRANSPARENT backgrounds for the top banners based on Zazzles top white background.  Now all those banners have a blue background instead of white as default. This makes some of the store banners look very odd and parts of the text fade into the blue.  I recommend switching back to white. It's simpler and fresher. Thanks!!!! ... View more

It would be nice if the pillar candles also had angled left and angled right photos, the way the drinkware (mugs, flasks) do.
