Had a question from a customer and wanted to have her add me as a collaborator so I could adjust her images for her. Was going to send her a link to how to do collaborations but searching help gives you options that mention collaboration but nothing that is "here's how to collaborate". Given that a search for collaboration is likely to be because I want to know how to do it, this isn't super helpful.

I have an IOS device, but I can't download the Earnings app because I'm in EU. Please remove the country limitations for outside US. It's just a couple of checkboxes for you, but would make keeping track of earnings so much easier.

I really like the collections stats that have been added, However, to view them, we have to go into each collection. Can the stats display for each collection on the collections page without having to go into each one? Either have it showing underneath the collection title or add a drop down box we can click on after the title that will display that information without having to leave the general collections page. It would be super nice to have quicker access to those stats. I hope this make sense.

I am seeing personalized drink stirrers that have the person's photo on them both at real parties and weddings and selling online. In person, people seem to just love them. Recently I heard all kinds of positive comments at a bridal shower.

If this has been mentioned before, my apologies. Please mark the invitations and such with "Downloadable" at the beginning of the title so they are easy to find when you search in "Create Your Own" - there's really no way to tell until you have posted it for sale. Unless I'm missing something. Am I? Please share if you know something I'm not aware of. (Yes I have used a template from an existing product to create, but it would be nice to see it too).

When we are in chat with a customer who wants us to help them add a logo to business cards and they send us the logo through chat, please remove the watermarks from the image. It is difficult to help them with the image if it has been rendered useless by the watermarks 🙂 I have a customer who just asked me to help add his logo to a business card. I don't want to have to go through the explanation of why I can not help him. I just want to be able to grab the logo, add it to a business card, send them a link and get the sale Thank you in advance for considering this

Would it be possible to have artwork that can be applied to boards of classic games like Checkers, Chinese Checkers, Chess, Parcheesi, Backgammon... Also having a licensing agreement to use artwork on other classic brand games like Monopoly etc.

From time to time I have customers who think Zazzle previews regarding invites show two pieces of paper. This has recently raised a complaint as when the customer asked me if her invitation would be on one piece of paper or two, I, of course, said 'one'. However, having placed her order and received them, it appears that what she meant was: 'will all the text appear on the front side'? Which is quite different. She mistakenly thought the back view of the image was a second sheet of paper and I hadn't realized this was what she was thinking (this might be obvious to others, but it never occurred to me) and now of course she's upset to find text on the reverse of her invite as per the 'previews'. A small twiddle re previews (overlay text) just to say 'this is the front view' and 'this is the back view' would help negate this issue going further. Many thanks

The column layout is different between Storefront and Store Management views. In Store Management there are 5 columns. In the Storefront (Public View) there is only 4 columns. I have spent a lot of time trying to make a collection look even and complete just to view in the Storefront and see everything skewed and uneven due to the difference in columns I would love to see this addressed

As the nexus of what our design space could look like I would love us to have the opportunity to work with a modular design space where we as the designer could click an Edit button to be able to move different parts of our design space around to suit our needs. For example: you may as a designer be able to drag and drop the left side menu to the right side or you may want to drag the right side design tools to the left side and when done click a box finished and start designing with the different modules where they are most convenient for your workflow. Or you might even be able to hide some parts of the workspace that are a distraction to your workflow. I've uploaded one or two parts of our design space as examples of parts of our design space that could become modules that could be arranged. I know this is a "way out there' idea but it would be just one more way to customize our design space that might help speed up our workflow.

I'm not a fan of the banner. It just looks a bit internet 1.0 to me. Could we please get rid of it and just have the collections cover image with the layer like this or something similar? Or at least give us the option to display the page something like this when there is no banner added. I'd love to know how other designers feel about it or what sort of layout they'd like to have.

My suggestion would be to change the mug image on our product pages. The mug appears to have a glare on the left side which distorts the clarity of the mug. I don't feel that the product image represents the actual vividness of the mugs.

On the mug product pages, it looks like there's a light shining on the left side of the mug. I think it takes away from the clarity of the mug. Are there any plans to change this?

I am living in overwhelming hurricane and flood, etc. messes still; yet, I have always designed on Zazzle at least a few hours daily - all day and night prior to disasters. I am hesistant to even have that joy right now due to CHAT which I feel guilty if I ignore; however, if I am away and can't get to respond, it seems I have ignored some good people. Nobody seems to see the little message we are allowed to post: I am away for a few weeks ..... With all on my shoulders most could not handle, I still plow on daily, so the down side of chat is for example: Twice recently, I have spent several days I desperately need in my life .... and quite a bit of money helping 2 customers who never purchased after asking for help, changes, more product, etc. .... The last loved an invitation and asked if I could change the skin color. I worked on it 2 days and did not like the result, so I purchased 2 more beautiful dark skin images @ $50.00 each (losing time and money - no profit to me), but I want the customers to be happy. I created the products requested and was told she loved it all, asked for more, and never purchased a thing. This has happened twice, so ... I wish we could put CHAT on vacation for periods of time when we really need to focus on home as well as creating on Zazzle.
