Dear Zazzle Team, As a loyal user of the Zazzle platform, I have greatly enjoyed the unique selection of personalized products you provide. I would like to offer some suggestions to further enhance the user experience, simplifying tag selection and optimizing resource allocation. Firstly, I recommend introducing a more intelligent tag selection system. Currently, users are required to manually select tags when uploading images, which can be cumbersome or cause hesitations. By implementing an AI-powered tag recommendation system, Zazzle can automatically identify the elements, themes, and characteristics of uploaded images, providing users with the most relevant and accurate tag recommendations to choose from. This would significantly simplify the tag selection process, helping users find the exact products they are looking for more quickly. Secondly, considering the need for resource allocation efficiency, I suggest Zazzle apply flexible restrictions in the AI-powered image recognition and tag recommendation feature. For instance, for popular or advertised items, more resources could be allocated for image recognition and tag recommendation, thereby increasing their exposure and recommendation accuracy. Meanwhile, for less popular or individually uploaded photos, resource allocation can be adjusted accordingly to ensure the overall system's efficiency and fairness. Lastly, I recommend that Zazzle conducts a trial run of the new feature to ensure system stability and accuracy. Initially, it could be tested with a select group of users, soliciting their feedback and suggestions. Through iterative improvements and optimizations, the successful implementation and widespread adoption of the new feature can be assured. I firmly believe that these enhancements will further cater to users' personalized product needs and provide a more intelligent and efficient shopping experience on Zazzle. I sincerely hope that my suggestions receive the attention and consideration of your team. Once again, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional selection of personalized products and excellent service that Zazzle provides. Thank you! A Loyal User GYG https://www.zazzle.com/store/yongganggao

I know that the power of a database comes from its searchability and that crud in means crud out. Data input needs to be consistent to maximize usefulness. With posts here, we can all make up tags (data input) on the fly which is really cool but that means results from searching the forum will be as random as results searching the marketplace where what you get depends on what the designer/poster thought to enter which might be way different than what the searcher thinks to enter. Now that we have a high-end forum that's searchable by key words and/or by clicking on something in the tag cloud/list, we need some consistent tagging to really maximize the potential here to quickly find what you're looking for. Whether it's a Creator looking for help with the design tool, or a Customer looking for info on shipping options, or an affiliate looking for a certain design style .. I think having some consistent tags to choose from would help make things more cohesive. Even just for defining whether the question, comment, tech issue is with the forum or the website. I'm not saying we shouldn't be able to make up our own tags (we should, that's a cool feature and one probably most useful in the Show Me section) but there should also be a way to select from a set of common/standard tags already in use to tie like things together for the benefit of the searcher. I'm thinking of Stack Exchange as an example.

Not really a tech issue so thought I'd post it here as a suggestion. (feel free to move it elsewhere) I noticed that on baby bodysuits pages that there's a graphic at the bottom that shows the Football, Organic, Gerber and Tutu style being available for our designs. Does this need to be removed or are they coming back? Thanks

Now that we can add up to 10 cover images using media manager 😎, it would be nice if we have the option to remove some of Zazzle's default cover images.

I was in my backend image folder and saw a powerful photo of mine that I had completely forgotten about and thought.... wouldn't it be cool / I wish I could select that photo and start a product design process right from there. So my idea suggestion: the alternative design process of designing a product starting with your image / graphic right from the backend image folder it's in. I would call this our reverse design process. Maybe the way this could work is: you select your graphic or image you want to start with, then maybe be brought to a search box for the blanks page to select the product you want to put this on and continue the design process as usual. You could consider this an alternative step 1 in using the process of transfering a design to another product... except in this case we are starting the process from any of our image folders. This is not a suggestion as a reverse quick create...... this is for one off product creation. So design community what do you think?

the FAQs Help - Zazzle link goes to a page called Help. It might be better to call this page FAQs, to avoid confusion with the Help menu to its immediate right. for the Help Zazzle Help Center menu It might be better to open this link in a new window, as there is no link on the Zazzle Help Center page that takes the user back to the Zazzle Community Forums (yes, you could always use the Back button). for the Creators, News and Information, and Community Help and Feedback links, I think it would look more aesthetically pleasing if the sub-menu choices under each of these sections were left aligned as opposed to their current [center] alignment. BTW, thanks for adding the Community Home link, and I really like the more compact organization of the sections for these menu links. Thanks again, W.H.

Hello, I'd like to know if you will still be sending 1099s since those paid with paypal will receive a 1099K due to the new laws. The way I read it you should NOT send a 1099 if you pay via paypal, venmo, etc, now. The reason being is it will show that my income is double what I actually earned - since by law you must claim all 1099's. Even Turbo Tax suggestion is WRONG when it says you can simply deduct the double in earnings section because that still will show your gross earnings as doubled - potentially putting you in a higher tax bracket as well. There is going to be a lot of glitches next tax season as most of us would like to avoid a knock on the door by the IRS. Thank you so much.

Customers are writing to me to ask how many tags are found in a package. On desktop the answer is found under the price on the product page. On mobile even I can't find the answer. Please fix the oversight. Thx

Keyboards are showing as a discontinued product line in back end, but in the Create Your Own drop down, they are there as an option under Electronics. Are they coming back or gone forever? Thanks!

It would be great if we could sort, or at least click and drag, the list of our stores. Currently, they're alphabetized, which doesn't allow us to feature a particular store if it falls at the end of the alphabet. This also means the featured store is "below the fold" and out of sight until/if customers look further. Thank you! I just figured out how to pin stores! Now I need to find out how to delete posts!

Hi Zazzle Team, I saw some new categories appearing in the main wedding category. Perhaps another good sub category could be "games" since I noticed there are many types of wedding games most for during the reception. Here's one example from my products: I Spy Wedding Game Currently it's in Weddings > Invitations & Stationery > Day-of Stationery If you do a search for wedding games, you can find many others. Probably enough for it's own category.

I would love the option of changing pricing on individual products (including different style/shapes) in one place. Allowing us, for example, to choose a new price or percent for a classic mug (or combo, or two-tone, etc.) across all stores or in one specific store. Selecting products 96 or 204 at a time is cumbersome. Plus many products are not differentiated to sort properly. For example different shaped/style ornaments are all lumped together but have different prices. I have very specific pricing goals for each product, but if there is a global new base price trying to hunt down that specific product across all stores is hard and time consuming. Or if I just want to change my pricing strategy for a product. If we had one place that said "Change all of my men's value t-shirts to 12.9% in xyz store" then I could update everything swiftly . Thanks for considering.

Please add an Edit Filter for "transferred" items and one for "digital downloads". Someone else has mentioned it, but they're including the backend stats. I'm just reiterating it on the royalty reports aspect because the moderator only seemed to catch the backend stats part. Thanks

I don't have any particular incident but just come to realize we should probably beef up security. Can be done multiple ways -- Multifactor authentication (MFA) or two-factor (2FA).

Sorry, I think this should go in the feedback section, but I can't find it. So I created a couple of products after a request from a client. She then sent me a chat message that she could swear she ordered them, but never received a confirmation???!!!! In my sales reports it shows as being cancelled. Obviously she did not cancel it, so something went wrong, but I don't know why she never was informed? I sure hope this is not the standard reason for the abundant cancellations of orders. Of course I would not have known about this had she not messaged me. Also placing this in the forum after bad experiences with customer service.

The search box is difficult to locate because it's light gray on white. This is true even though I've been here a number of years and ought to know where to find it. What might it be like for the customer, particularly since it's slowly become even less likely to be seen immediately because of all the picture links, links that don't show the true depth and breadth of Zazzle. Certainly, there are customers determined enough to find the search box, but what about the others who can easily get caught in the cul de sac of those pictures? My suggestion is to make search more immediately noticeable via higher contrast and maybe even a short phrase such as "What are you looking for?" Colorwash's Home
