It would be nice to be able to look at account area and have a total at the bottom of the columns. I look at them and have to either add using calculator or get a general total using my brain ( not always a wise way to get totals)  - Could we possibly get a total for a certain area. I was trying to make a white design on black tissue paper, but it won't show any white elements. It just looks solid black. As a workaround, I can use the white tissue paper and make its background black and then add the white design. I imagine the backside of the tissue paper will still be white though. ... View more

I kept thinking it was my eyes, but there seems to be a problem with the previews on the bottle labels. I'm hoping it's just a preview issue, not something about the printing process for these, but the colors just look WAY off. These cards use the exact same artwork as the bottle labels, but they don't even look close. Could this be fixed please? I'm concerned with how the designs transfer from foil products, I just had a large invite order where a foil was transferred to a standard invite, when I did the same thing the foil layer ends up on one side of the invite in black and the background on the back side of the invite, is there either a way that this could be fixed or maybe disabled from the foil products. I'm worried its going to lead to large orders being refunded as they don't achieve the results that they're after.  ... View more

I first want to say that I really appreciate all the effort being put into making the website and the forum/community look fresh and new. Y'all work so hard--and I am really grateful. But--I also feel that I need to share some feedback on what isn't working for me and why. I believe that it all comes down to a difference in coding and viewer preferences between mobile devices and computer screens. Mobile devices can be tipped to change the layout from a vertical rectangle to a horizontal rectangle, but computer screens are all horizontal rectangles. The larger the computer screen, the more you can pack into that rectangle from side-to-side--but this isn't necessarily a good thing for the viewer's focus--which is mostly at the center of the screen, straight ahead. (which is why older versions of websites tend toward columns of information centered on the screen. With the new Zazzle backend format, in a full-size window at 100% normal size/resolution (my default) on my computer screen, I now have seven columns of products that fill my screen completely (and the category list has been pushed to the far left). While I can minimize and adjust the size of my screen to have fewer products--that just isn't how I typically interact with websites (or with Zazzle in particular) and this is too much input at one time on a computer screen. As someone who wrestles with issues related to focus, it's--incredibly overwhelming. I need and want more white space on the side of my screen. I'm relieved to see that the shopper view isn't doing this as well just yet--and I really hope that it isn't switched to the same. (I know shoppers who already feel quite intimidated by Zazzle's website) Please add in some coding that limits the overwhelm on the computer view of the back end or give us a "classic" view option that we can revert to as needed. Hello! Not too new here and I have come to the conclusion that categories are not easy for me. Is there a chance to update the old instructions? I am viewing the page with a desktop iMac. When I attempt  to move items from one category to another, or organise/manage my categories, there are all sort of problems. Zazzle instructions come from the link here: https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-gb/articles/220679787-Store-Category-Sorting-and-Browsing they say: How to Set Up a New Category with Custom Icon Go to your Public Products page, click on "All Categories" in the left-hand navigation, and click on "Add new category" under the "Store Categories" title.' This is all clear but in my page I can see nothing called All categories. And the word Categories is not clickable.  Surely in the shop management page there should be an option that when I select a number of items I can move them to a category? But for some reason some end up in Collections and this is not the same. Several members kindly tried to help me but while they can see ALL Categories, I do not! Thanks for your help! ... View more

I just checked the Xmas in July sales - and was overwhelmed. So (too) many truly nice products on nice sales, and only 3 days lasting. This a) gives promoters only a short time span to react - please consider that you need the first day to create your promos and that if you use ads, these ads usually have to be revised first and will start only on day 2 (you can't rely on promo emails cuz the items often change), and b) too many products on sale all at once means a way too broad field to promote. Not to mention that designers with small stores will have a hard time doing anything. I personally would love to have weekly sales with nice discounts on a handful of truly nice products and smaller discounts on a few more products. Consistent over the weeks. This gives more time to concentrate on some products, create these products, and prepare promos and ads without rushing and letting them run for a longer period, which helps a lot for visibility and efficiency. A suggestion (not a criticism) based on my own preferences - others may have a different one.  I'm curious to know how other designers feel - I personally am always overwhelmed in such cases. ...
