I tried to find an existing thread for this but couldn't find one so apologies if this is a duplicate.  It's my turn to be in the A/B test with the alert bell on my profile.  1.) Could the alert number be a different color (not red, since it doesn't require a response)? Could the bell be placed all the way to the right side of our profile pic so that the chat remains more prominent, since THAT is an "action" item, while the bell alerts are "passive/nonurgent" items. 2.) It's listing the quantity sold as though it's an individual sale. No, I didn't get 144 sales within the last half hour. That would be lovely. But it's really a few sales that resulted in a total quantity of that number of cards. I feel like it's toying with my emotions. : )  Maybe I'm missing something (I'm all ears), but I'm not finding the actual/functional usefulness, aside from locating those spam accounts lol - because I have nothing specific to do when someone follows me, and use the actual stats reports to check sales. I'm not opposed to it existing, but the manner in which it is "alerting" me is functionally distracting from actual work processes while on-site. It pops up a bright red number every time a page refreshes, and I keep thinking I should be responding to a chat or that something is wrong? I keep wondering why the only insitsu image of the Espadrilles shows an image of them that is not what the creator published. This is very confusing to the customer. Could we not have an insitsu of what was actually designed and published? Below is an example of what I am referring to. Take a look at the insitsu image. It does not match what was published. I love the gift idea but I am very disappointed that only the item you choose shows up! For example I design kids watches so looked to see if mine was in the mix https://www.zazzle.com/featured/gifts+for+kids but when I went to the kids watch you choose to display all the links went solely to this creator 😐 and this one watch, no one else got a look in?  I know Zazzle has lots of lovely designs but it is a bit odd every link goes to this one product for kids watches by this only and frankly very very lucky designer! I get it they maybe a gold seller or a favorite but it would be nice to give the rest of us some chance of having our unique art and designs actually seen by the customers! ie the shop now button should point to https://www.zazzle.com/s/kids+watches as you have previously done to show a variety of designs on in this case kids watches. I used to have the Zazzle Earnings app on my phone and found it really helpful for checking sales and referrals quickly. I deleted it by mistake and now I can’t find it anywhere. Just a small suggestion - would it be possible to remove the side column from storefronts (where the media section is) so the categories and products can go all the way across - like they do on the products page and collections page? The sidebar kind of creates a blank waste of space along the side for most of the page and causes the category images to be odd numbered with a blank spot on the front page. If you have 8 categories with images - looks great on the products page (2 rows of 4 categories - perfect!) - but on the front page - it shows oddly as 2 rows of 3 categories and 1 row of 2 categories with a blank spot. Maybe move media - under About and same width as that - but above Categories - so categories, collections and products can be full width. ... View more

I recently got in to diamond painting and there's a lot of people buying what's called Coverminders which we use to hold back the plastic from the diamond painting. I'm not sure what they use to make them but I think acrylic or plastic seem popular and then vinyl stickers maybe with the image goes on top. Some use resin to protect the image. And there's a nice magnet on the back which is what holds the plastic. Im not sure the details but im sure the Zazzle staff in charge of the product designs and stuff would be able to figure it out. As I remember, Zazzle can delete our saved designs after 6 months. It would be nice and practical if we could have, perhaps, 100 saved designs, without having to check how old they are. Then we would not have to check the dates of each saved designs, only how many they are. It would be easier to avoid designs getting deleted by mistake. ... View more

I tried adding this post elsewhere but I keep getting the Please Verify you are Human button. I hold it down and it doesn't matter. I can not do my work and now is the only time I have to do it. Why is this happening again?  It went away for about a month and the last two days I have been stopped in my tracks due to this. No matter where I try to do something it happens. Please help. Hello!  I would love to see a feature added that allows us to upload a grouped SVG and then ungroup it into its separate layers after uploading it to Zazzle.   The interface on Zazzle limits our ability to quickly align and arrange elements with absolute precision, and the zoom still makes it difficult to see those finer details.  As such, it would be easy to create these in Illustrator, group together to keep the sizing/placement correct upon upload to Zazzle, then ungroup to give us the freedom to create with already perfectly scaled and aligned design. I made a trifold wedding program using standard 8 1/2" x 11" stationary paper. I had wished that they had an official trifold program template. The great news is that now there is a trifold brochure, so I created a wedding program with it. The bad news. I was disappointed when choosing the marketplace department, that it wasn't an option for wedding. Plus, I am unable to add it in the section designated for wedding programs in my collection. I think that Zazzle should promote the possibility of digital downloads (especially for invitations) more. For example, point this out directly on the cover photos or make it easier for the artists to download the corresponding cover photos. Of course, it might not be so profitable for zazzle (although you could certainly decrease the maximum royalty percentage to 90%). But in my opinion, Zazzle definitely has a better position / competitive advantage over other providers (e.g. Minted) considering this option.
