Hey folk!  Living outside of the US and trying to use this shop in a design way is something extremely... whatever. I really often have the problem that clients and people ask for a paper sample or want to discover the sizes and want to see some real products.  Starting my shirt shops in Germany was easy. I just asked and got the best seller shirts as samples with all kinds of prints, mine and others. Just to have a look and feel sample. It worked well. And of course, I was easy able to buy what I needed to test.  But I can't buy all paper goods and typical US market products zazzle offers.  I would love to get some paper and print samples. My idea is to share from each to other some cards, invitations or whatever you own from your own shop and is able to be delivered by postage somehow reasonable (I don't wanna cause to much expensive parcel cost for no one) to Germany. I think all of us sometimes is an own client. The most have cards and stickers from the own shop at home. Let's do an easy postage / real mail swap. You get a personal Great Dane Drawing postage from me, I get whatever "sample" you like from you. And of course, we could organize to list up who ever wants to take part and share different products. And of course, I have some own cards and products from my store too, it's possible to send you this to.  Of course, Zazzle claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee. But did you ever decided to buy 10000 flyers without knowing what paper this is? Me not. And not alle customers have the time to try out a first buy that will take some weeks for delivery. Not al are able to plan like this.  And there ist a size issue between US and the rest of the metric / DIN world. I have made some size samples for all the differing sizes. Now that we have a digital download option for invitations I would really like to see Zazzle require a purchase of 10 Printed Invitations.  I think customers primarily purchase samples of Wedding Invitations, not Birthday invitations.  In that case offer a sample set of 5+ invitations so customers can see the wedding invitations before the final purchase, but make it specific to wedding and call it a Sample Pack.  I am seeing quite a few sales of birthday invitations where the customer buys one printed invitation, which clearly means they are going to copy that invite.  That really hinders the digital download option.  Even at 10 invites my commission is going to be much lower than a digital download but it might discourage this type of buying behavior and it certainly not a 28 cent commission!  ... For discontinued products where existing product has a cover photo like the button keychain, can you please remove the existing cover photos? This might take some time to replace. So as not to confuse customers, can you please add removing the cover photos as part of the migration process to another product?    ... View more

I created an individualized coaster that has had 878 views. So I think it's an attractive idea. But to be honest, I didn't think it through. The customer will have to make a separate order for each guest and the minimum order is 6 coasters. This becomes cost prohibitive and labor intensive for large weddings. I have a serious customer who wanted to order the coasters, but her guest list is 123. I'm new to Zazzle and wanted to give some feedback about the usability here on Zazzle, because I am about to give up because of some very strange events. Here is my story: I did set up a hidden category with hidden products according to the description on quick create. When I assigned the products to the category they just didn't show up. I tried again and again thinking I made a mistake. After several tries with minor changes to my approach it took me several searches in the forums to find out, that changes to the category are being performed asynchronuously and can take several days. This really makes me (being an IT guy) furious. This is just a change on a database and we need to suspend our product creation workflow for several days for this microsecond change!?!? Can you at least somehow indicate to the user, that this is not immediate? Otherwise users are getting really frustrated on this last century IT technology, looking for changes that will happen after days instead of immediately. OK when after more than 24 hours all products were shown in my template category, I went back to the help file and wanted to start the creation of products with my templates. But I just didn't find the Quick create button mentioned in the tutorial. So another search in youtube where I saw the page with the Quick Create link, so at least I was relieved that I wasn't blind. A search in the forums and then the Creator News brought up an article that Quick create link is being paused for Holidays. Well I don't understand why, but so be it. But why on earth did Zazzle just remove the link instead of giving a hint on the next page that it is being paused? This also creates frustrated creators like me. So enough of my rant and sorry for being so negative, but to be honest: I never experienced such a badly designed and user-unfriendly website like the zazzle creator pages. I would love to see the Oliver's waterproof labels in the same sizes as the food container labels, specifically in the 2" x 3" size and the 4" x 3.5" size.  Both types of labels are waterproof, but the food container labels are matte whereas the Oliver's labels are shiny.  I had good feedback from a customer with the Oliver's labels who would like larger sizes. It would be helpful to quickly read the "quick stats" for information if all the dates were grouped together within the flyout.  IMO the following order would be easiest to determine any action steps we might want to take on a particular item: Orders (last 7 days): XY Orders (last 30 days): XY Orders (all time): XY Quantity Sold: XY Item Sold: XY  Last Sold: 10/19/20XX Last Viewed: 11/7/20XX Modified: 5/24/20XX Created: 5/24/20XX Views: 98 Likes: 0 Royalty: 10.00% Product: xyz It's easier to assess closely-related stats when grouped instead of jumping around for info within the dropdown, at least for how I tend to review things. There are still items that can be searched, blank templates are available to create etc. but they are no longer available to order.  I'm sure there is a list somewhere of the items ... someone needs to scan the site for those and remove them. ... View more

I love the cropping tool. It works great. It would be nice (and please let me know if I am missing this somewhere) ... If there was a tool to allow me to crop or frame my images into circles, ovals or rounded corners. I know there are shape options but they are opaque and don't work as a frame or rounding tool. I have checked out the frame options, but there is nothing simple for creating a circular picture. I do most of my image editing on my computer, but in order to maintain the file size to make the image useable here, it seems better to use the edit tools on the site. Providing an enhancing the Trinket Trays option ...       Miriam New Contributor III Options   ‎10-12-2022 07:19 AM ZAZZLE is there any possibility that the makers of the trinket trays could offer "enhancing the trays option" with a color outline of gold, silver or black?  This really adds a rich touch to the product.  After purchasing one of my latest trinket trays, I finished it with a slim gold ring around the border and it looks like I would have had to pay a lot more for it ... It would be helpful to add a date to your post title about payment concerns. Some Zazzlers use old posts to voice concerns over late payments etc. I know I always check these posts out and it is frustrating to find it is an old one and then I have to hunt through dozens of outdated concerns. There needs to more categories for the "Award Plaque" beside the "Office & School > Office & School Supplies > Awards" category. Example, It would be nice to have a listing for the "Award Plaque" under, "Home & Living > Home Décor > Frames & Displays > Plaques & Signs."
