I am getting daily requests for downloads and am currently redirecting the customer to the product type that has the download, would be so much easier if it was just accessible on the product page. Especially if they're ordering the sheets as well because this means they have to edit two templates ( ie. the sheet + the product that allows digital download). I really was excited to see Wedding anniversaries had their own Invitations category. Thank you for this. If and when it's time for more to add to that breakdown category, I'd love to see Wedding > Gifts & Favors > Gifts & Keepsakes This category suggestion would be a great way for customers to find personalized gifts for the bride and groom as well as those keepsake items for "mr. & mrs." type items. Suggestion: I'd love to see the ability to search within a collection. Others have suggested sub-collections which I also think is a great idea.  Backstory: In the continuing battle of how to deal with my large and unruly wedding collections, I'm getting frustrated. I'm working on covers and I wanted to make a cover for a product that I knew was in a given collection, but I couldn't find it! If I can't find it, and I KNOW it's in there, how on earth can I expect the customer to be able to find it? I have several choices here, but all are bad. I can break the collection up into smaller collections - but that's not a great idea because then customers might have to look through several different collections to find related products (invitations and enclosures in one collection, signs and decor in another, seating charts in another, favors in another, etc.) I can try to organize the collection better (which is my current strategy), but how many customers are willing to scroll that far - especially when you have to wait for it to catch up as you're scrolling? I could put them in categories instead of collections, but customers seldom see those since they're not presented on the product page. This morning a customer sent me a message to complain about the cards she ordered, in which the year says "2032" because she didn't customize it. There are so many great mockup/insitu views for rectangle stickers, but alas, they all seem to be for a landscape orientation. Common advice is not to delete products that have sold as sold items help the overall "health" of your store. (Plus it's just neat to be able to go back and see what all things have sold in the past.) So for my handful of rare products that have both sold and been determined as definitely discontinued, I created a hidden category titled "Discontinued" with the intent of moving said products into it. That way I can remove them from their orig category in the back-end for better organization without actually having to delete them. The issue is that once an item as been flagged as Discontinued in the back-end, the only options available for it are Delete and Transfer Design. Even the checkbox to include it in a bulk action is grayed out.     So you can only either delete it or be stuck with it forever sitting in whatever cat you happened to have it in when it got marked as Discontinued. 😥 It would be super if you could bring this one option back for Discontinued products. ... It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale. Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one.   Thanks! ... View more

Zazzle, would you please optimize your Facebook feed. Just about every day I see you posting a beautiful product on your Facebook feed. People might wish to buy these gorgeous Zazzle offerings. However, never once have I seen you provide a link in your post. Sometimes, but not always, your Facebook post tells me I can find "link in bio". There is never  a link in your bio. There is never a way  to find the  lovely product I and countless others might otherwise buy.  Your Facebook feed has two hundred and thirty eight thousand followers. I'm hoping given all the recent changes, that Zazzle will host a webinar to share with the creators on this wonderful platform what we need to do to be seen. I can't be the only one who has been hit with a sharp dip in sales and views. I just looked at my link over history and I've gone from 200+ clicks a day to 8. Obviously something has dramatically changed in how our pins, and social posts with our links and affiliate links are being seen by search engines.  Is Zazzle now giving more weight to Titles over Tags or vice versa? Are our old links no longer working with the new Ambassador program? I'm sure Zazzle wants all of us to succeed rather than just a small handful that know the recipe to the secret sauce and charge $$$ to share it. When we submit royalty changes a box appears on the product’s royalty page with the new rate which disappears when the rate changes.  However, it’s impossible to tell without checking each product’s royalty page if it was submitted successfully. It would be useful if a little identifier like a red dot or some other symbol were to appear in a store’s backend product grid by the royalty % signifying a pending change so they can easily be identified without having to click on every product.   ...
