If and when it's time for more to add to that breakdown category, I'd love to see Wedding > Gifts & Favors > Gifts & Keepsakes This category suggestion would be a great way for customers to find personalized gifts for the bride and groom as well as those keepsake items for "mr. & mrs." type items. Suggestion: I'd love to see the ability to search within a collection. Others have suggested sub-collections which I also think is a great idea.  Backstory: In the continuing battle of how to deal with my large and unruly wedding collections, I'm getting frustrated. I'm working on covers and I wanted to make a cover for a product that I knew was in a given collection, but I couldn't find it! If I can't find it, and I KNOW it's in there, how on earth can I expect the customer to be able to find it? I have several choices here, but all are bad. I can break the collection up into smaller collections - but that's not a great idea because then customers might have to look through several different collections to find related products (invitations and enclosures in one collection, signs and decor in another, seating charts in another, favors in another, etc.) I can try to organize the collection better (which is my current strategy), but how many customers are willing to scroll that far - especially when you have to wait for it to catch up as you're scrolling? I could put them in categories instead of collections, but customers seldom see those since they're not presented on the product page. This morning a customer sent me a message to complain about the cards she ordered, in which the year says "2032" because she didn't customize it. There are so many great mockup/insitu views for rectangle stickers, but alas, they all seem to be for a landscape orientation. Common advice is not to delete products that have sold as sold items help the overall "health" of your store. (Plus it's just neat to be able to go back and see what all things have sold in the past.) So for my handful of rare products that have both sold and been determined as definitely discontinued, I created a hidden category titled "Discontinued" with the intent of moving said products into it. That way I can remove them from their orig category in the back-end for better organization without actually having to delete them. The issue is that once an item as been flagged as Discontinued in the back-end, the only options available for it are Delete and Transfer Design. Even the checkbox to include it in a bulk action is grayed out.     So you can only either delete it or be stuck with it forever sitting in whatever cat you happened to have it in when it got marked as Discontinued. 😥 It would be super if you could bring this one option back for Discontinued products. ... It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale. Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one.   Thanks! ... View more

I love the tiling feature but it could use some changes to make life easier.  If I try to make a square pattern smaller by using the “-“ button it’s hard to accurately get matching seams.  Could Zazzle add some % down choices?  If we had some fixed choices like -50%, -25% etc for squares, our edges would easily match with no fussing around.  ... I have over 6000 “saved designs” so I’m getting that pop up annoyingly often when opening one of my product pages. Tried to delete my saved designs, it only allows me to select 24 items at a time. Oh, and it’s only suppose to keep them for 6 months but I have saved products older than 3 years. Please let me disable that pop up. Can Zazzle add a polygon shape with editable nodes (including the option to convert polygon nodes into curves) to the Zazzle design tool? As it currently stands, there are few options for creating shapes in the design tool. Another option designers need is the ability to combine different shapes into one shape — and the ability to split one shape with another overlapping shape. I know this has been mentioned before, but as wedding season starts to get rolling, I'm getting a lot of requests for downloadable programs. I've been dealing with it by transferring designs to invitations, but it's a pretty clumsy way to handle it. Seems like programs are right up there with seating charts in terms of day-of-event stationery that folks often need to order at the last minute. Since the store is for a business I run, it makes it look like the business is unsuccessful.  LOL...Or, I am... 0 Followers since 2012.  I think it should say underneath the store name: Opened 2024 . 0 Followers or Joined 2012 . 1800 Followers (My actual number of followers from other stores.) I listen to youtube videos while working and I always get the same 2 videos as ads. Someone talking about a wedding invite and a stamper thing for wedding invites. I am not engaged. I do not care. Zazzle should be advertising their new backpacks, and the t-shirts. Also people are crazy about cups for some reason. Why not show off the to go mugs? It would be good if, once we group something in a design we could right-click on it and set it to "do not allow customer to ungroup". That's because the licenses I have don't allow me to sell digital images unless it is "flat", you know? So, when I create digital invites, I make some groups and lock them. The problem is that sometimes the customer just wants to move that group or resize it, but once it is locked, it is not possible. However, I have to keep that locked, otherwise, in theory, the customer could ungroup that and download the separated elements.  ... View more
