I have a suggestion for getting more looks at our Poufs in stores. For one thing, we desperately need insitus. It's difficult to know what one is looking at without an insitu for this product, especially the cubed shaped ones. I had never heard of the word "pouf" before seeing them sold on Zazzle. I was only familiar with the word "ottoman." I have looked at number of other major websites that sell these items and both "pouf" and "ottoman" are used in product titles and descriptions. I think that if Zazzle also included the more commonly used word "ottoman" in product titles that these items would be found easier via Google searches and store searches. I am happy we have a more diverse range of fonts and am looking forward to see what other fonts we get in the serif and sans serif categories too, etc. However, it would be really great if the text tool could get a revamp to include an ALL CAPS feature so that we don't have to type in CAPS to achieve that effect (so if we change our mind, we can just toggle it off and not have to delete the entire text and retype it in standard case.) Also, since many of the fonts installed have multiple weights and styles available in the wild, but those aren't included in what is available on Z, maybe the option for a faux bold, faux italic feature so we can bold or italicize some of the text we would like that doesn't have that weight or style included from its family in our options. Lastly I'd really love if the text boxes could auto resize instead of taking up the entire width of the page because it becomes a headache when trying to move other items around. I think there were a couple other things the text features could use, but they are escaping my mind right now! Cheers!!

A lot of companies these days have a "bot" that responds to customer messages via chat and only if they can't help is the customer transferred to an agent. It would be GREAT if Zazzle could implement something similar because 99.9% of the messages I receive are related to "when will I get my delivery?" "I made a mistake can you fix it?" or similar variations. I have a number of auto-responses that I copy and paste into the chat but it would be a whole lot more efficient if a bot were handling all these messages. There must be thousands of them a day across the designers!

It's nice the number of creators has slowed down following my stores. I, myself, had followed people in the beginning but there is no advantage for a creator to follow another creator IMO. Because it is just free advertising to have a "following" or "followers" tab on our stores and Profile to our competitors, I'd love to be able to hide that tab from public view.

I am starting to design some of the Paper Guest Towels that are shown with the paper napkins. I always thought guest paper towels were used in bathrooms and powder rooms as a disposable option for people to dry their hands after taking care of business in the bathroom. There is a great market for these Guest Towels being used in that way, both for home and business. I also notice their description is the same as a paper napkin one would use to eat with and thought that was odd. Can these be added to the category Home & Living > Bath & Beauty > Bathroom? as well as an appropriate category for business establishments? There are great possibilities with this product!

It would really be nice to have some insitu photos for the glass Trinket Trays. As it is, the views of them from the side make it nearly impossible to see the designs on them. We need some shots from a different angle to highlight their dimensions as well as the their designs. While web is so clugged from errors and scammers of any kind, I suggest bank transfer royaties payments. Actually therea are only 2 options available for Creators/Designers: - Paypal (I never had problem with that, I use it since decades, it's the excellence for online payments, but recently I noticed something anomalous on it too...) - Check (Too hold method. Hello! I don't know if this is already available and I can't find it, but just in case. I think it would be great to have a way to short, in our back end, the products that are not in collections. I am sure that a lot of products that could be in my existing collections are not there because I didn't remember to add them when I made them or the collection was made afterwards and I forgot to add them. If this is already possible, I wold appreciate if you let me know how to do it. Thank you!

I get frequent requests from customers to help make tweaks to designs - sometimes they want me to call them and chat and go over their changes. With the new ambassador program and our loss of sales, it's not really worth my time to help customers with custom design work - even the smallest of changes. So . . . I'd like to suggest that Zazzle bring back the Live Designer option so customers can get the help they deserve. Right now I'm sending them to customer service - not sure customer service is even able to help with designing?

The design tool is giving me fits today because I'm trying to work on some details of a design and the new areas thing is always covering up part of the design even when it's collapsed. I like this new feature, but it's getting in my way. The problem could be solved if we could have a slider to control the width of the left hand panel instead of an all or nothing choice between hogging up a huge chunk of the screen and collapsed. Same for the right hand panel though it's not as problematic.

Happy Monday! On the back end, in addition to the "Total Views (Most to Least)" and "Newest to Oldest" please add the options to sort products by "Least to Most" Total Views and "Oldest to Newest." This would be very helpful for quality assurance and promotional activities. I have more the 10,000 products and I have not been able to figure out a way to view/review the oldest products and those views least. I've tried different ways to get to these, but I am unable to so, Best.

Wow our world would be so much more efficient if we could "drag old categories right into one new one!" Combine 3 into one and downsize instead of having to delete products, having to put all products into the new category, and waiting a week to see it all appear the way you want it.

I am writing to share a suggestion regarding the product review process on your platform. Currently, I have five products that have been in my under review basket since November last year, and they have not yet been cleared or deemed inappropriate for the shop. I have noticed that some products I submit for review are processed more quickly, while others linger in the under review basket for an extended period. I understand that Content Reviewers have a high volume of items to assess, and immediate attention may not be possible for every submission. To address this, I propose two potential enhancements to the current system: Option to Delete Products Under Review: It would be beneficial for designers to have the ability to delete products from the under review basket. This feature would allow designers to make adjustments or decide not to include a particular product in their store without having to wait until the item is cleared from the review process. Time Limit for Under Review Status: Implementing a time limit for products in the under review basket could help expedite the process. If a product remains in the under review status for a specified period, such as 30 days, it could be automatically removed from the queue. In such cases, a notification could be sent to the designer, explaining that the product couldn't be reviewed within the given time frame, and they are encouraged to resubmit or recreate the item. I believe these enhancements would streamline the product review process, improve user experience, and provide designers with greater control over their submissions. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to any improvements that could be made to enhance the efficiency of the platform.
