Building on what @Windy mentioned in the Make the White TeaPots Pop - Zazzle post, All drinkware (but especially the ceramic mugs and frosted beer mugs) would benefit from darker and better contrasting in situ backgrounds (look at how the paper plates are a lot more appealing now with the recent in situ photos). I would be SOOOO cool if we clicked on an incoming chat message and found that someone from France (or whatever language) sent a message to us that was auto translated into English and offered the ability to set a default translation language for incoming messages. As it stands now I have to copy and paste the incoming message text and use Google translate to convert for a language response that works for the buyer. It would be wayyyyy too convenient and cool to have a Google translate module incorporated into the system.... but I think I'm dreaming a bit for that to happen.

I have found sold items that needed to be fixed. Areas for the customer to add text were missed. I have made the same item and included all the areas to be filled in. I did not want to end the original item because it has some sales so I adjusted the description area. It now includes the following All text is not easy to change. For this business card with easy to fill in areas copy and paste the following link. ~~~ https://www.zazzle.com/veterinary_clinic_appointment_back_business_card-256839706855701665 ~~~ In the past we were able to add links in the description area. I am sure this ability was taken advantage of so it was removed. A way to point a customer directly to an updated item would be great.

Yes. This is a big ask. It would be quite powerful if we had the ability to convert text within the Zazzle design tool to native graphical elements/shapes like we have now (square/rectangle, circle, triangle, line). Once text is converted to a graphical shape or element, this opens up even more design possibilities with advanced effects like masking with graphics and other shapes. This would also reduce the need to upload graphics files (at least for designs that are primarily text-based). Thank you for your consideration, W.H.

I am not a fan of product or collection videos (collection videos are particularly obnoxious and "in your face" distracting!) but I tried to make ONE video for a mug, using a professional template, and that video won't load! I keep getting a "server error" any time I try day or night. I don't know what the problem is! I tried renaming it, that didn't help. It would be very helpful if Zazzle would tell us what is actually wrong with the video, instead of that vague "server error!" (and it definitely not a problem on my end- I have fast stable internet, and a very fast gaming laptop.) It's only 8 seconds long, 6mb size.

Hi everyone! My main market is animal people with a niche in livestock. Especially goats and show goats. Some of my customers are not super knowledgeable about POD sites. I run into a LOT of people who have never heard of Zazzle. More the a few times I have had frustrated customers. I've had to take screenshots of the steps to customize an item, of how to add items to the cart, etc. Then adding big red arrows on what buttons to click to get to the checkout. I know to us who frequently use Zazzle it seems so silly. One of my recent customers - assumed I owned the Zazzle site all together - there comment to me was "I don't know how you manage to stay in business" referring to how they could not figure out how to get one of my items to their cart to check out. I KNOW.... it seems to silly to a lot of us. I could order and edit things in my sleep. LOL Maybe one already exists? A How to order video. Common things you will run into when personalizing. How to edit personalized items. Geared towards those who are not very computer savvy or those who have never even heard of Zazzle.

Hello everyone, While reviewing my product listings on Zazzle marketplaces in various countries, I noticed very few stars and no review comments left on one of my I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER case-mate products on the Zazzle New Zealand marketplace that wasn't purchased because I've already checked my store sales order history. I was wondering why I received a low star rating and then I realized perhaps the number of stars and how many people purchased that product which is advertised under the product title are for all product purchases placed for that same product in each Zazzle marketplace designed by all Zazzle designers. From a customer's point of view, my first thought would be that another customer purchased that product from me and wasn't happy with their purchase so they gave me a low star rating. This doesn't look good for me as a designer and may deter people from purchasing any product from my store. Furthermore, I have no control over the quality of other products designed and made by other creators/designers in the Zazzle marketplace. Please consider only showing the number of stars and the number of orders placed from that designer's store under each product title. This will give a true representation of how many people are happy with that design made by that creator/designer and perhaps help all Zazzle creators/designers who produce quality designs see a boost in their product sales too. I also see reviews for 'Other Designs' next to 'This Design' (mine) which should not be there. To summarise: Please consider removing 'Reviews - Other Designs' from my product listings and avoid including product reviews from all Zazzle creator stores under 'one umbrella' for each product listing. I noticed that the preview images have changed for the neckties. The new previews are an improvement in that they show that the printing extends to the back of the tie, but now there are 2 new problems. First, the material looks completely flat - like there's no shine to it whatsoever. The material hasn't changed, has it? Secondly, there isn't enough of the tie showing - it's rolled up too far to adequately display the design. Could we get a "best of both worlds" preview? One that shows that the back isn't white, but also shows the quality of the material more realistically? New preview shown in product image, old previews shown in "other designs you may like" below.

I like that we can design for cookies, brownies, cake pops, dipped oreos, etc. I would like to have the option to be able to have three or four different coordinating designs on a dozen set. Like 3 cookies will have one design, another 3 have another design, and so on creating a dozen set of a coordinated design theme. Or 4 coordinating designs on groups of three in the dozen set. Hope this makes sense. I think it would look great for holidays, life events, and celebrations.

I have spaces between paragraphs when I create the listing. But when it displays on the store, the spaces are removed and it is showing as one big long paragraph. I love Zazzle's idea of using the description to tell a story behind the item, but when you do it doesn't look good structurally on the product page, and discourages a customer from reading it. Is it possible to give us a text box entry tool (like the one I am using right now to type this) on the Product Form for typing in descriptions?

First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment. If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat. Thank you in advance

I would like to request that the Zazzle Email, which is a message to someone who has purchased from a Collection, be made available on ALL Collection Types please.. Currently it is only available on Cross sell/Event Type Collections. I believe a Holiday-Christmas of Holiday photo cards (Type: similar style/theme) is as deserving of a Zazzle email message from me to a purchaser of one of my Holiday cards from my Holiday collection. Or a Gift Type themed Collection that is all, say, cats, is as deserving of a Zazzle email to purchasers as an Cross-sell/event. I don't see why a Zazzle email isn't optional for every Collection type?

I’d love to be able to sort my listings by royalty %. I have some product lines that have multiple royalty price points and without a sort it’s hard to keep track because everything is jumbled together. Adding this search to the drop down menu would be very helpful.

Since collections are the main focus now, we need something in the back end to quickly see where items are missing from collections. If I search for a wedding design as an example, I would be able to find products that need to be added to a collection by scrolling down and looking for ones marked as zero. Products that belong in more than one collection can easily be picked up too. Currently, I have to click through each item just to see if they are in any collection and that is super time consuming.
