... from the market place: if possible please consider keeping the products that already have sales. Some of my products, as soon as they are sold for the first time, disappear from the market place, perhaps because that is when the system detects that it is a "repeated" product according to the criteria it uses? An example: I have several t-shirts for kids in different colors with the same image (a logo), ok I admit it can be considered a repetition, my intention was to see which color the market preferred and delete the ones that didn't sell (I did this with other products in the past) but the problem is that the one that was sold disappeared right after the sale, the others are still on the market. As products that already sold are not subject to "Optimization Needed" shouldn't be missing either, in my opinion. or maybe I'm seeing this all wrong due to my lack of experience in these things 😳 Thanks!

Just suggesting another fun idea for products on Zazzle. Instead of just designing one card, having a set of four or six or ten... would be nice. So we can place multiple designs that are related and a customer can buy the set. Thanks for looking!

1.) Can we please get a new department, to choose from, for magnets? All magnets default to kitchen magnets and I find it odd, that there is not a department for car magnets, when I am making a car magnet. 2.) Can we please get a new department, to choose from, for award plaques? I make the award plaques for home and there is already a department for home plaques, that Zazzle could use. Thank You

Hi Everyone So I have had customers asking me about Wedding Websites and in more depth Websites that would be matching the templates to my designs. Zazzle has give us a QR Code generator which works amazingly and is great but this sends traffic away from Zazzle to other sites who have wedding websites. Is it a possibility that Zazzle could look at offering this service in the future? Whereby our digital or printed cards could be available on a wedding website in this template form (and the websites could sell like a digital product for example). Or a combo like is already available. I feel these additional offerings could also bring more traffic and extra sales on top of the current printed and digital sales, it also could target a different customer base. Thanks

So, zazzle has a popup if you have the word glitter or some other words that this product will not actually be made of glitter/metal/feathers or what ever.. which is fine.. But this year I am getting a TON of pinks for grad cap toppers - speaking with zazzle about this I'm told that anyone attempting to use a school logo or Trademark Name will be cancelled.. Can we PLEASE have a pop up warning customers not to do this..? it's very disheartening to have a sea of pink in my sales pages. I have not had this issue till this year on a product I made in 2016 - it would be SO easy for zazzle to do it. I did try a warning in my description but I don't think customers read descriptions much. this is from the very old store that I have them in.. all these but 2 are for the toppers.. very few actually go through.. some do .. but this is a little over a week.. most do not go through..

When designing stickers, I often find the design looks good on some shapes (let's say star, rectangle) but not on others (e.g. heart, circle). I then need to choose either just one shape (and lose some other shapes which would have worked OK) or set the listing to sell on all shapes, even though some look wrong. I know I could always create a new listing for each shape that works, but maybe we could have the option of check boxes to decide exactly which shapes will be offered on the listing?

I searched for the word "party" and I got these products listed as it's shown below. The issue is: they are white on a white background. I think they should have a drop-shadow or a light gray background. Even when you place the mouse on them they are still not highlighted enough to be seen.

We can currently rearrange the categories in our store by alphabetising them, or pulling them into a different order on the page. I would also like to be able to pull a category inside another category, so that it becomes a sub-category. From what I can see at the moment, to achieve this we have to create the sub-category from scratch.

Every day I get at least 2-3 spam messages from people offering SEO services. The majority of them include a link to fiverr.com. I have to take the time to report and block them, but more worryingly, I have seen forum messages where people are taking time to respond to these messages, and I wonder how many designers are falling for the scam which I assume will be very costly. Could Zazzle look into a pre-block filter - like a profanity filter - where keywords from these messages such as SEO or Fiverr.com lead to the message being blocked. The messages are often identical so someone out there is selling information to scammers on how to do this.

Place a reorder Make it much much much easier to customers to reorder products they've already ordered. I can not tell you just how many customers contact me asking how they can reorder their previous order / products. If I owned this website the VERY VERY first thing a returning customer would see when they log in is: Click Here to place a reorder and / or Click Here to view your previous orders and when they get there make it take as few steps as possible to place that reorder. Do not assume returning customers are simply here to go window shopping, hunting through page after page to see things they might want, what's new, or what you want to promote when they may just want to take care of business and reorder their previous products. Thank you for listening.

It would be great if we could sort, or at least click and drag, the list of our stores. Currently, they're alphabetized, which doesn't allow us to feature a particular store if it falls at the end of the alphabet. This also means the featured store is "below the fold" and out of sight until/if customers look further. Thank you! I just figured out how to pin stores! Now I need to find out how to delete posts!

It would be nice if instead of categories we could pin things that go together. For example wedding categories might have multiple invitations and multiple RSVP cards. It would help if we could just pin the RSVP cards that go with each invitation so that customers aren't bombarded with other invitations and RSVP cards.

I scan the first 3-5 pages of each different arrangement (I am assuming all posts are in each different category). I had one unread response when I went looking today. I scanned al 36 pages of NEW IDEAS and did not locate it. I closed out and saw that I Now had 2 unread. I went back and scanned HOT IDEAS ( I may have reversed the order of the scans). I finally found the 2 responses on Page 25!!! Would it be possible to have a view sorted by LATEST UNREAD RESPONSE? And sort this by ASCENDING/DESCENDING DATE? I fear that many responses will be unread as the pages increase in number.

Currently, if you have a shape with a border width you have set to 0, and then later change the border color of that shape, it automatically sets the border width to 1. It would be helpful for the border width to remain at whatever it was set at (even/especially if it was Zero). OR an option for a "transparent" or NO border color square similar to what we have for the fill options. So that no extra random color showed on the screen when there is no border being used on a shape. The reason I frequently change the border color even when it is set to Zero width is to reduce customer confusion (or mine) in seeing a different color on the screen and wondering why/where it is being used. But it ends up being a few extra clicks when making colorways. Thanks!

I know you have a wonderful team behind you but I do believe Zazzle's best assets need greater highlighting. Here are some suggestions for how Zazzle can let customers know as soon as they visit that they are in THE best place for their print-on-demand needs. Firstly, we need to understand how customers shop and what their priorities are when looking for products and services: The things in order of priority a customer looks for when buying things can vary depending on the individual customer and the product they are buying. However, some of the most important factors that customers consider include: Price: Customers want to get a good value for their money, so price is often a top priority. Selection: Customers want to have a variety of options to choose from, so a wide selection is important. Quality: Customers want to buy products that are well-made and will last, so quality is another important factor. Shipping speed: Customers want to receive their orders quickly, so shipping speed is also important. Customer service: Customers want to be able to get help if they have any problems with their order, so customer service is also important. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zazzle has some unique selling points that are currently not front page or central to their promotions, ads nor their front page details to let customers know how they excel in these areas. Price - Zazzle's prices are often more competitive than they first appear due to their frequent sales often up to 50% off. Selection: This is Zazzle's largest unique selling point. They have the LARGEST selection of print-on-demand products compared to any other single provider BUT most importantly, the largest selection in ANY NICHE. There is only 1 potential significant competitor in this area, but that competitor is host to sellers/makers it is not responsible for the making/shipping/customer service for the items it showcases. As such those variables cannot be guaranteed regarding service delivery, whereas to a high degree Zazzle's can. Shipping speed Zazzle has Zazzle black, low subscription for FREE shipping (terms apply) Quality and service - I can't comment on how Zazzle compares as a relatively small consumer of these but reviews mainly suggest positive results and I can't compare to other service providers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What else does Zazzle have that NO other print-on-demand has? FREE Live Designer who will assist customers in modifying their designs, existing templates and in the creation of new ones. Transfer Function --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Based on the above, my suggestions: Highlight Zazzle's wide selection of products. Front page news and headlining ads and promotions - " LARGEST selection of (xyz) you will find!!" Highlight the Free live designer service. This can be done by making it more visible on the website and in ads and promotions. TRANSFER option - have this highlighted front page and in ads, that MOST designs can be transferred easily to one of (several hundred) different products. As a customer, I'd want to know these things when I am shopping 'around'. Meanwhile there is a further recommendation re assisting customers when they arrive on Zazzle to find what they're looking for. Improve the accuracy and functionality of the filters on the Zazzle website. This includes making sure that the filters are accurate and that they return the results that customers are looking for. Finally a rather odd suggestion but possibly the most important one Use a leading AI to discover what the 'world' thinks is the case with Zazzle re customer and designer satisfaction/pricing/quality etc. Currently it is NOT accurate. One query on BardAI (as a single example) informed me designers report that Zazzle takes 50% commission! This is wholly inaccurate. One of many inaccuracies I suspect. The problem here is if people , (bloggers, journalists, marketers, consumers) turn more to AI when researching which company to use, what to report, it is worrisome if the (reportedly fairly reliable) 'answer machine' is inaccurate. As such the AI needs 'feeding' more accurate information. So Zazzle might want to do some press releases (allegedly AI doesn't read website information) to correct any misinformation that these popular AI sites might be throwing out to 'whomever' asks. I have already done my bit: ME: Ai your information regarding what Zazzle designers are paid is wrong. Independent Designers set their own royalty AI You are correct. I apologize for the error. Independent Zazzle designers set their own royalty, which can range from 10% to 99% of the sale price. The standard royalty rate is 15%. I am still under development, and I am always learning. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will try my best to provide accurate information in the future." Still inaccurate, and a small example - but if you ask AI what's what with Zazzle, you'll note the areas the information is 'off'. Just some food for thought. AI will feature more and more in consumer decision-making. So this is a future-proofing need. I hope this helps. a bit,

It would be really helpful if we were able to select multiple SVGs in a design, and change the color all at the same time. Even if it was limited to "only 1-color SVGs" or "Only if it's the same file name" - so that we can make color swaps more efficiently. : ) Thanks!
