Currently we are all seeing spam messages, few a day from fiver dot com marketers and promoters. Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the suggestion: Zazzle could create a system in CHAT that detects spam. This system would trigger when certain words or phrases are used, such as "fiver.com" or other common spam/scam phrases. Any messages containing these flagged words/phrases would be automatically sent to a designated "spam folder". Zazzle staff (or us) could then review these emails at a later time, and take appropriate action. Alternatively, the spammer could receive a notice informing them that their message has not been forwarded due to its content...try again eliminating anything NOT customer inquiry related.

In the section where we add messages for customers (when they follow, add item to cart, make a purchase etc) please can you add an option for us to add an 'away' message. I currently add this in the single settings line for 'chat' BUT I don't think customers see/read that when they visit chat? I'm not sure how visible it is to them. But if we could have something linked to chat or in those settings, that allows an automated 'away' message to pop up when we are on holiday/sick etc. that would be very helpful. If this is possible, I (and other creatives I am sure) would really appreciate it! Thank you so much for your help.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference. I am getting daily requests for downloads and am currently redirecting the customer to the product type that has the download, would be so much easier if it was just accessible on the product page. Especially if they're ordering the sheets as well because this means they have to edit two templates ( ie. the sheet + the product that allows digital download). If they've done a lot of their own customizations this may present a problem for them.

If you go to Art & Wall Décor - Wall Accents & Treatments - LED Signs there IS a filter for shape but for some reason the 23" circle isn't on it. If you go to Office & School - Promotional Products & Small Business Supplies - Signs & Posters- LED Signs there is no shape filter at all.

I think zazzle need to be creative with different promotion aside form regular discounts, why not give buyers some digital tickets for raffle draw, allow buyers have a chance to win big prices including Gift Checks and cash? some online retailer are doing that, and it works well with promotions, encouraging buyers to buy more. I really think zazzle lack the marketing aspect, I didn't even see a single youtube ads posted anywhere, do zazzle even have a youtube page???

Now that line spacing is all fixed up, let's add "adjust word spacing" to the design mix so we can fix up all those spiffy new fonts we have that come with horrifying spacing issues. Got a lot of new fonts I like, they don't look so great if you've got more than 2 words per line. *sigh* pleez.

Can you please move the "Personalize this Template" link above the Instant Downloads or Make It Bigger and Bolder, at least, as big as the "Choose Prints or Download" size and move it above the "Design Theme"? It is so hard to find or see it, wedged between the Instant Downloads, Design Theme and Sizes. Thank You.

Hi I know that Zazzle offers bandanas in the Pet category, but I think most pet parents prefer the simple triangle style vs a full square (folded). And the over-the-collar style is popular (nothing to tie). And, ideally in different sizes to fit cats as well as dogs from 10 to 100+ lbs. This product, combined with personalization seems like it would be very popular. thanks!

I know folks have asked for the shadow feature on store banners to be removed before. It really interferes with banner designs and text readability. If you can’t remove the shadow completely, can you make it a choice that creators can turn off or on individually? Thanks.

So I've just gone through my daily ritual of checking my messages and explaining to various customers that I can't make changes for them after they've placed and order. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd like to suggest that Zazzle make some attempt to explain to customers how the process works. A non-trivial percentage of customers assume when they fill out the form to personalize their design, that what they are doing is sending me instructions for how they want me to customize their invitation (or whatever.) They don't understand that they are actually doing the customization themselves, and that it's an automated WYSIWYG process. It seems like a great deal of confusion could be avoided if Zazzle gave them a quick message when they put something in their cart. Maybe a screen that showed them the product mockup and said something like "Congratulations, your design is complete! Here's what your printed product will look like!" Just something to make it clear that what they see is what they get, and that the design process is over once they finish the purchase. To be clear, my issue is NOT that I have to deal with these customers. Trust me, by now, I have simple cut and paste answers for this situation because I have to deal with it at least several times per week. I just think that a lot of customer unhappiness and frustration could be avoided if some attempt was made to explain the process so they're not assuming that I'm going to tweak and perfect their design after they submit it. I have been revising some of my older design listings to take advantage of design features that didn’t exist when they were created. Stuff like replacing my own png image frames with identical ones using the more versatile and flexible Zazzle Elements Shapes. It would be immensely helpful if Zazzle could add a “Last revised date” to the statistics section to identify those that have been submitted and approved for revision and those that haven’t. I'm no expert at dresses since I never wear them 😄, but seeing how it's always trending in the summer, I think offering a basic dress in different sizes could be a big hit on Zazzle in the summer times. And it would be especially cool for creators if it has an all-over print. Think of summer dresses, simple bridesmaid dresses, cocktail party dress, glitter, gradients, floral, etc. Something like this, but there are probably thousands of types. PS. Don't forget me when you launch this product 😉

For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise. They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife. They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color. Here is the example: They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely. Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines? I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well. Would love to see all over print wallets, scented candles w/custom labels and makeup accessory bags added! Printify is now offering the option of popup /standalone stores with these products available. As you can see, they look good and they're in a price point range (mine are set at 25% markup) that makes them popular gift ideas. I would much rather create them at Zazzle where I could add to an existing collection.
