I can not tell you just how many customers contact me asking how they can reorder their previous order / products. If I owned this website the VERY VERY first thing a returning customer would see when they log in is: Click Here to place a reorder and / or Click Here to view your previous orders and when they get there make it take as few steps as possible to place that reorder. I scan the first 3-5 pages of each different arrangement (I am assuming all posts are in each different category). I had one unread response when I went looking today. I scanned al 36 pages of NEW IDEAS and did not locate it. I closed out and saw that I Now had 2 unread. I went back and scanned HOT IDEAS ( I may have reversed the order of the scans). I finally found the 2 responses on Page 25!!! Would it be possible to have a view sorted by LATEST UNREAD RESPONSE? And sort this by ASCENDING/DESCENDING DATE? Could the guide files list be updated, please? It doesn’t seem to have been updated in the last two years. If the print area dimensions were included for all new products, it would take the guesswork out of creating designs that would take full advantage of the available area, and we would have a place to refer to easily retrieve the appropriate dimensions.  ... At the moment I have to use a landscape style air freshener which comes with string, which isn't what they were really meant for. Shops use such signs for "Open" or "Closed"; "Gone for Lunch"; "Back in Ten Minutes" etc. Holiday cottages use them with "Welcome to the Seaside" and similar messages. I am a coloring book designer and I would love the ability to add a stroke line color to fonts. That way I can have a white fill and a black outline on the text that people can color in.  As it stands now I have to put a background image that is white to cover behind the font of choice. Here is a sample of what I have created recently. I could only find a couple of fonts that can be colored in.   Custom Quote Adult Coloring Poster by SuzyLeeLo   Here is a sample of one where I attempted to do two layers of text. The back text is black and the text in front is white. I made the back text slightly larger to try and give that outlined effect. Currently the Homepage includes the About section at the top of the page. This section is cut off for some reason which makes the page not look as good as it could. My thought is that we move the Search bar up into the "Menu" bar, and also insure that the About section fully appears. Hello, I just noticed that a Zazzle QR code is showing up on the back of my cards.  Did I miss an announcement about this? Unfortunately it messes up my logo and information I just created after Zazzle changed the attributions on the back a short while ago.  It's my understanding that the QR code will bring the customer directly to our store, which is great in some ways, but it might take away from my referrals, as I was putting my website on the back of my cards.  Would love to hear feedback from other creators.  Thanks! ... It's been a while since I have clicked on that and just wow! You've efficiently packed a lot of great stuff in there and not a single link-out to someone else's products / stores. There's "other products from this collection" in case they missed that on the product page and "other products from this store" that scrolls 96 random products! I really love that the design description we wrote is in there, too, as I often write instructions in my description and now customers can see those instructions while inside the design tool where they need them. Now just to figure out how to coax customers to view that panel. Hmm. Maybe sometime in the future "about this design" could be its own button/menu option above the Creator one. If a customer has gone as far as entering the design tool to customize things, I think they'd be pretty likely to check such option out for info/directions. Anyway, great job! ... View more

Since collections are the main focus now, we need something in the back end to quickly see where items are missing from collections. If I search for a wedding design as an example, I would be able to find products that need to be added to a collection by scrolling down and looking for ones marked as zero. Products that belong in more than one collection can easily be picked up too. Currently, I have to click through each item just to see if they are in any collection and that is super time consuming.   ... View more

@James, Scott—zazzle mod, Zazzle Paper offers gift tags set of 10, 120 lb weight, with hole punched and choice of twine colors, size 2 x 3.5.  Altering the size could make them usable as bookmarks. But, since it is a set of 10, the templated text would be the same on all 10. Same for any quote text either by a shop or customer. Changing the size could adapt them into a new product offering. ... It would be really helpful if there was an in-situ image for the Luggage Handle Wraps to show customers what these are for. As in stands, just looking at the product image doesn't tell me anything. Zazzle did such a great job of presenting in-situ images for the Luggage Tags.
