I think its high time that the minimum royalty before the carve out for designers (or creators or whatever we are deemed these days lol) should reflect the same thing that is happening everywhere. Prices on products have increased across the board, but we are still charged an additional fee after 14.9% which has been in place for a decade+. Should that not also reflect the times? I’ve only really paid attention to sales and such on Zazzle since last November, and I had never seen free shipping as a standard offering. I’m a huge advocate of Zazzle Plus, but I think offering free shipping for a short term ( like even a day or maybe for a weekend) would bring in more customers who could see the quality, and THEN might become a longterm customer and probably get the membership too.  I’m bad about cancelling subscriptions before time is up, so I typically would NOT make use of the Zazzle Plus deal. I know I’ll probably forget, and so I’d never try it at all…and then move on to another place offering custom products. I think a “Black Friday” or “Cyber Monday” type event would be huge (just think about those “Prime Days.” Maybe they could even offer it further out to ensure things arrive by the holidays. Obviously they’d need to change shipping timeframes due to volume, so this could adjust for that, too. A random day would also ensure everyone doesn’t wait until they know the sale is coming to buy everything they want for the whole year. 😂 They could advertise this day to creators a week ahead of time and ask them to start spreading the word three or so days in advance. I don’t think it even needs to be on all product types. I could see how a huge once in a lifetime event like weddings might be a big risk if they’re concerned people wouldn’t come back (and small businesses starting up might be risky too), so maybe it could be focused on gift items. This would also help boost sales for the site in this area as well. A large number of the people I know who have heard of Zazzle know about their event offerings and don’t realize the massive amount of other products available.  Just a thought. Many of my customers have complained about shipping costs. I try to drop my royalties to compensate, but I think there’s “sticker shock” and they don’t transfer the money (in their mind) I’ve attempted to save them so they could put it toward shipping. 🙂 … ... Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. Based on customer messages I've received over the years, and an interest to save on shipping costs and packaging materials, and issues that shipping chocolates involves, it would be GREAT to have the option to purchase JUST the labels for the Hershey Miniatures. It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.  ... View more

Unless I’m overlooking it. I use Zazzle sometimes on my iPad. And I use the iPad screen keyboard. There’s no delete button on the screen keyboard. So when I need to delete a layer I have to “cut” it. It works, but sometimes I’ll have stuff waiting that has been “copied” into memory and when I cut it, it makes the copied thing disappear. There should be a delete button that’s in the same drop down menu as copy and paste.  Also, there needs to be a way to select layers on an iPad. I can currently just select one or all. But nothing in between. Can the Zazzle team test this stuff on an iPad?   Thanks! ... View more

I like that we can select a "Force Customer to Replace" option for visual images, and I understand there are multiple reasons for this. I'm also wondering if a "Force Customer to Edit" option would be good for text, so that they don't inadvertently miss updating a template. There are certain text placeholders, such as names and dates, that we often want to ensure that customers update. I fear that a customer might leave a date as 202X, for example,  then have to return or replace a gift. This would especially be a problem for a special ocassion if they don't have time to reorder.  Perhaps we already have measures in place to help prevent customers overlooking text templates, but if not, then it would be great to have this option. Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this. ... It would be really great if customers had the option to purchase different amounts of sheet protectors with their binder purchase. Maybe a drop down box to add different amounts like 12, 24, 36, 50 or something along those lines.  Also, an option for Tab Dividers in a similar fashion would nice, and perhaps offer these in different solid color options or white with colored tabs. ... I am a coloring book designer and I would love the ability to add a stroke line color to fonts. That way I can have a white fill and a black outline on the text that people can color in.  As it stands now I have to put a background image that is white to cover behind the font of choice. Here is a sample of what I have created recently. I could only find a couple of fonts that can be colored in.   Custom Quote Adult Coloring Poster by SuzyLeeLo   Here is a sample of one where I attempted to do two layers of text. The back text is black and the text in front is white. I made the back text slightly larger to try and give that outlined effect. Hello, I just noticed that a Zazzle QR code is showing up on the back of my cards.  Did I miss an announcement about this? Unfortunately it messes up my logo and information I just created after Zazzle changed the attributions on the back a short while ago.  It's my understanding that the QR code will bring the customer directly to our store, which is great in some ways, but it might take away from my referrals, as I was putting my website on the back of my cards.  Would love to hear feedback from other creators.  Thanks! ...
