I've ordered a couple dry-erase magnetic sheet items, and both times, dry erase markers (various brands and colors) have been impossible to fully erase, and left smudges of the color wherever I wrote. However I did also try wet-erase markers, and those seemed to work better without leaving much of a trace after erased. I may suggest looking into this and perhaps changing the name/description of them. It would be really great if we were able to save searches in our stores. For example, today I'm working with all the mugs in my stores. So I search on "mug," set the number of pages to 200 (or whatever the maximum is), and the sort to A-Z. But that can get undone if I look more closely at a particular product or some other thing. So if that happens, it would save lots of time and keystrokes (and mood goodness) if I could just go back to my saved search. (I know Windows has this, for instance.) Thanks for considering!

It used to be we could see if our products had our customized mockup in our admin area of our store listings. Now we can only see it if we click through to the product. I'd like that to go back to being visible in our admin area of our product listings. It helps me see which products I still need to do a cover photo mockup. Having to click through to every product to see if it's done just isn't efficient. It also just makes me happy to see my progress in getting my products completed with an original cover photo mockups. Please put this back.

I frequently get customers who want to transfer a poster to a foam core board - usually a seating chart. And while I have most of them available in both formats, customers often don't know that, so they'll spend hours customizing the seating chart and then when they go to select the paper they realize that none of the choices are what they want. Unfortunately, Foam Core boards are not one of the options for products that you can transfer the design to. Of course you can choose view all products, and search for it - yadda, yadda, yadda - but customers don't know that and it's way too complicated for most of them. So that leaves them with 2 options, they can either start over from the correct template, or they can contact me for help - and then I have to talk them through the process of sending me a share link so I can access their design. Please make this easier!

I get several chat messages per week that read something like: "Could I get this in the color blue?" I have no idea which product the customer is referencing, nor if they've already customized and/or purchased it. If there's some way we could get that information it would be a huge help. It's not that I mind copy/pasting my "this system doesn't let me see what you're working on" message, the problem is that figuring out what they're talking about usually takes 3-4 messages back and forth, and at least half of the time, they give up somewhere in that process so the sale is lost. If I could just get a little bit more information, I'd be able to provide them with a quicker answer without all of the back and forth. Here's the info I'd dearly love to have. 1) Which product is the customer referencing? Originally, the chat system included a link to the product, but that feature disappeared within a month or so and has never come back. It would be SUPER helpful to have that feature back. 2) Is the customer messaging about a product that they've already purchased? So often customers assume that I can see their order history and will know what they're asking about. If I could know that they've already made the purchase, it would save all the back and forth to figure that out and to get them over to customer service so they can get the help they need. Often these customers want to make a change to something they just bought - and by the time we get through with all of the back and forth the item is already in the print queue and it's too late for them to cancel and redo it. 3) Has the customer already customized the item? If they have, could the system give them the option to share their work in progress with me? It would save SOOOO much time and hassle if I didn't have to walk people through the process of sending me a share link so I can help them. Thanks for considering this stuff!

I keep getting reminded via email that I have a msg waiting on chat - which of course isn't there, because it's likely a scammer who's being blocked by Z filters. If we block a chat message - can we also block the email notification for that particular message?

I try my very best with creating engaging content on social media, but I am not sure if what I am posting is what I should be posting or if I am even posting it on the right platform, day or time. I also am not even sure if I am utilizing all the features that I could be utilizing on social platforms. Getting professional tips and tricks would be great. So, I would like to suggest tips for "organic social media marketing" in the designer team emails. The designer team emails give us a heads up on what products will be having promos and also gives us ideas for what products to create, but I know a lot of designers would benefit from some social media marketing tips. Each platform is different , Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. and therefore there are many different ways to engage in some effective organic marketing.

Sports, Toys and Games > Accessories Perhaps there are other items that could fall under this category as well...??? But there are a lot of sports themed water bottles and it seems sort of odd to put them in Home & Living > Kitchen & Dining > Drinkware > Water Bottles Maybe this post will inspire a water bottle breakout...! Can you add the design placement option for the Traditional 4x2 patch please? I'd like to rotate it so it is 2" wide and 4" tall. This would be good for a sleeve, strap, belt or leg patch design.

It's unbelievable how many "me too" posts are generated in the Tech forum. We need someone to lock all but the original post. Usually someone from Z has acknowledge the issue on the first post. But members don't seem to look for duplicate threads of the same problem and start another. Even writing on those duplicate threads with links to the original does nothing to deter other's from adding their "me too" posts. If a moderator would lock those duplicate posts the original posts wouldn't be pushed to the bottom.

Would love to have the image options that are now available under the 'Share' button of our collections (portrait, square, landscape, etc.) become downloadable like our product mockups. Right click and copying the image from there is really not clear enough to use for anything. For now, I download individual product mockups and make my own collection ads for posting on pinterest, etc. but it would be nice if we could just download a larger copy of the image already provided in the collection.

While rectangular sizes have different aspect ratios and need to be published separately if you use frames and such, all square sizes can be served in one single product/design. It would be useful if you would add a Square Only publishing option for that matter. Especially considering that the design gets completely messed up when switching from square to rectangular sizes and vice-versa (an issue I have addressed at the beginning and you have confirmed to be a known problem). P.S. This publishing option should be given on all products with different shapes (hor/vert/square). Thank you!

I know that the team is trying to steer customers towards the customer service team when they try to message designers but customers are still messaging us with non-design messages. I noticed that there is an alert on the actual message page before the customer types in their message to us - saying (again) that Creators are only responsible for artwork. But the font is tiny and it's a light grey colour. Any chance the tech team could make it bigger and bolder so the customer is more likely to read it?

Can there please be an option for us to choose which video "Insitu" to use for each product? I am designing foil wedding invitation suites and I would like to choose which ones show with the product. It is weird and off-putting to see a bold floral wedding invitation in the middle of a wreath with a red background. That would work great on invites designed around that theme, but not others. It would be nice to check the boxes next to the video Insitus that we feel work best with our designs. Thanks for your time.

Raster images can be instantly replaced with the 'change image' button. I would like this option enabled for SVG images too. It would simply speed up the design process.

I know this was marked solved on another post but it truly wasn't put into the Suggestions forum to begin with. I'm really going batty and blind trying to create transparent backgrounds on mugs, keychains and other products currently shown on white backgrounds. Because my time spent on designing has now doubled for one product (creating the design, using the Z design tool and now trying to create beautiful covers), I'd sure appreciate a better system to make cover photos.

Currently in "My Images" we have the option to see: All Images Recent Images My Albums I'd like to suggest a third option - Unfiled Images It can be confusing to navigate My Images when there's a lot in there, and hard to know what's been filed and what hasn't. Being able to see Unfiled Images only (if selected; not suggesting it replace the other views) could really help with that.

This works for fabric and it works perfectly, could we please have the button to post other types of products for sale on phones? (I dont have a tablet so I dont know if this can be done on tablets?) It's so convenient, I tend to spend a few days designing and then upload a lot of designs over a day or two, its would be so helpful to be able to publish those designs when I'm not in front of my computer. It helps me to keep organized to do one thing at a time, so if I'm uploading a lot of designs I lose track if I have to publish each one before moving on to the next.

How is a designer supposed to avoid repeating a specific content violation yet be sent a notice of content review with zero way of finding out which design is the offending design? In the email it says view image but... you get there and there's nothing but a blank white square box!! If Z is concerned about sending us to an image of the product that has the content removed can you please simply include a thumbnail or screenshot of the within the email (not a link) of the product with a watermark over it? It's like being arrested and brought to jail with no knowledge of what your offense was 🙂 I know the analogy is a bit extreme but I think expresses what I'm talking about
