I created a round pillow a few months ago with a background which imitates velvet texture. A customer just contacted me to ask if the pillow would have a velvetty texture, and I thought it would be very interesting to have real velvet option for the pillows fabric. I have had customers ask me what kind of binder paper will fit the mini binders and how many clips there are in the binder. I was wondering if a description modification or an additional product image could be shown to allow potential customers to see how many binder clips there are in the mini binders. I am assuming there are 3, but I could be wrong. This is a longshot, but I figured I'd ask. Often when I have a product that contains a customer editable QR Code, I also place a text field with the same URL info because not everyone knows how to use a QR code. I'm thinking about wedding RSVPs etc. The problem is that I've had several instances where the customer didn't understand that they needed to enter the URL in both the text field and the QR Code box - they assumed that entering it in the text field was sufficient to make the QR Code work. I try to be as clear as I can in the field labels but as we all know, people don't read instructions. I think they see the URL displayed as text and just assume that the QR Code got the info from there. It would be super helpful if there was some way to make both things have the same data in the same way that you can have text duplicated in different fields by giving them the same URL Parameter Name. Like maybe a text field with the same URL Parameter Name as the QR Code? Or maybe there could be an option to display the QR code as text as well as the code? It would have to be something where you could adjust the style of the text to match the design. I'm kinda doubting that this would be doable, but if there was some way to make it work it go a long way toward easing confusion and probably result in fewer returns and unhappy customers.

At the moment, we can only create pillow cases for the 20"h x 30"w pillows, BUT I think it would be nice if customers would be a able to purchase pillow cases for the square Throw pillows ( 16" x 16" and 20" x 20"). I think more square pillows would be sold if customers would have the possibility of changing the pillow cases from time to time, with different designs (winter holidays, spring, summer and so on). This way, they can 'refresh' the look in their homes whenever they'd want without having to pay too much for it. This is an issue I've experienced myself as a customer because I don't always find pillow cases to fit my square pillows. Just an idea.

I'm sure that this request must have been brought up in the old Zazzle forums, but it bears repeating here: For designs with multiple layers, please enable the default/initial placement of a new layer below the currently selected layer. This would also be more intuitive than having the new layer as the very top one -- for both customer and creator. Thank you W.H.

Can we have added on the product creation page the option to turn on/off "limited quantities" and set the number for how many we are allowing to be sold, maximum quantity per order (or no limit), and show the countdown to how many are left available for purchase AND an option to not limit by count BUT instead to limit for sale until a particular date and time. So we would have: 1) Set total quantity to be sold? Y/N? 2) Enter total quantity (ie, 100 pieces). Zazzle computers will auto-subtract every item sold and immediately update the count remaining on the product page. 3) Limit quantity per purchase? Y/N? 4) Also limit quantity per user account? (how many times a signed in customer can buy it on that account) 5) OR....instead of all of this, Set the termination date when product will be removed from the store (unavailable for sale unless the creator re-sets the clock). "Available only until Month/Date/Year at 11:59:00pm"

I love the spiral bound notebooks, but I would love to see a wider variation in binding options, such as stitch binding or thermal binding. I think it would make a nice new look to the notebooks, and it gives customers more options in how they want their notebooks.

It would be really great if we could copy a collection to make a new one. For example, if I have multiple colorways, I could make a collection for the blue colorway, and then copy that and change the word blue in the title and description to red. As it is now, I have to manually copy and paste the title and description and tags into the new collection (and the tags don't come over formatted correctly.)

Use of Template Images in Large Format When designing a large-format banner, poster, or billboard, and including an image intended to be a template and replaced by the client, we should not be criticized for its size. This image will never be used in a way that affects its quality. Z, do not make me waste my time resizing and uploading enormous images. This should only apply to the client and never to the creator.

I'm sure this is something Z has done on purpose however, if someone is searching for the state of Maine they see pages upon pages of "main squeeze" wedding products. Yes there are the drill down circles but let's just say I don't see them. I'm given wedding foremost in front of my face. This only happens with Maine.

Hi Zazzle team, Paypal is not available in every country and as such, many creative contributors who live in those countries aren't able to join. I kindly request to make payment through Payoneer and Wise available. These Payment methods are available in most of these countries and adding these options will surely make a great difference. It would be an enormous help and time saver for us if messages that come in from clients for chat are automatically translated or at the very least have a drop down to select the language to translate it to / from. I get a message in another language and I have to copy and paste the text into a google translate box, then copy and paste a reply back in their language etc. etc. In addition it probably would not hurt to include the same module for the client to read and reply to our chat back messages. I spend a lot of time every day helping customers navigate the Zazzle site through the chat system. It would be SOOO much easier to grab screenshots etc if we could just paste images directly into the chat system like we can on the forum. As it is, the only way to do it is to take the screenshot, save it as a file, then upload it into the chat system. TIA for considering it!

Hi! Maybe I'm the only one who has a small laptop screen but when I go to add products to my collection from the backend it looks like this: You see that tiny sliver? How on earth am I supposed to see what I am selecting? Maybe there is a workaround but I feel like I dont need that huge blue box there. Yes I know I can add products other ways but when creating a new collection this is the only way. Thanks!

On the bottom of the product page you have an arrow system that only allows you to go one page at a time. Could you put in a different system so that you can skip multiple pages, or better yet choose the page number we can get to? It takes forever to scroll through 47 pages. Thanks in advance.

IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. Okay, that's my rant for the day. Goin' back to designing now. 😊

It would be really great if customers had the option to purchase different amounts of sheet protectors with their binder purchase. Maybe a drop down box to add different amounts like 12, 24, 36, 50 or something along those lines. Also, an option for Tab Dividers in a similar fashion would nice, and perhaps offer these in different solid color options or white with colored tabs.

I noticed that notebooks have an option for bullet journals but not a diary-styled page. So a little like the lined pages but with a space specifically made to write the date of the journal entry. A related thought, although I know that this will be difficult to implement: Allow creators to design notebooks with custom designed pages. That way you can make the pages of the notebook match the cover.
