Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from. Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included. I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes. Please let me know if I am wrong about this. It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working. The customer changes models or transfers to another product and the design becomes bad. It would be easily solved if the drawing was perfectly centered and the client had adjustment instruments at their disposal, such as “Fill”, “Adjust” and “Scale”. Transferring this work to the client is not bad. The problem is complex and would at least be an acceptable solution. I have clients who changed models (smartphone covers) and the result was not good. They were dissatisfied, naturally. If they had had this solution at their disposal, they could have corrected the “error” themselves.

On collection sorting. I was recently putting my Halloween collections at the top, but how annoying it is that the page wizzes to the top, and I have scroll back down again. Is anyone with me on this? Could we ask to get that feature removed to make seasonal sorting less frustrating? Also why not incorporate an option to sort by: drag and drop, send to front/back in a grid-view. This would be much like we did with the previous product sorting within collections. 1. Please stop the screen from sliding to the top when the user selects to send a collection to the top. 2. Consider grid view for collection sorting.

Please consider coding the design interface and tools area to allow for customizing a design for an individual size variation. Other white label and retail POD sites have this feature. An example would be, for the window curtains, the smallest size and the longest size, we need to make the design fit both sizes, when we should be able to customize the placement for each size in the designer workspace.

It would be really great if we could copy a collection to make a new one. For example, if I have multiple colorways, I could make a collection for the blue colorway, and then copy that and change the word blue in the title and description to red. As it is now, I have to manually copy and paste the title and description and tags into the new collection (and the tags don't come over formatted correctly.)

There should be guidelines that show exactly where the cutoff forthe hanging part of the tablecloth is. It's hard to figure out where to put the design if you don't know where the fold over part is

Re: When we type in a title for a new pen creation, it's automatically putting the pen ink color in as part of the title. Wouldn't it make more sense to simply add "pen", because the choices are pretty much given as to what is available and what looks nice with the design itself. In other words, if I have purple flower print on a pen, and say I have to choose an ink color...either black or blue as of today, 9/24/24, the title ends in either black ink pen or blue ink pen. Even though that should be by the customer's choice, not mine. Couldn't it just say ink pen instead?

We used to have Phone Wallets many years ago, but were discontinued. I did a search and found one style for an iPhone 8. We need phone wallets for the new models, at least for iPhones. Phone wallets are very popular. I use one, and most other people I know prefer to use them over the hard case styles.

Having the tiling option for SVGs would be extremely helpful for customers who have specific colours in mind but cannot find their preferred design in those colours. It would also be helpful for designers who want to offer multiple colour options. There could also be a filter for this so that customers searching for specific colours would get to see all SVG design options and then choose their own colours. I think this would really benefit Zazzle so please consider it. Thank you!

I just got a message from a confused customer. She was ordering a wedding sign - I had made the "his" and "hers" words templates so that people could use the sign for an LGBTQ wedding (His & His, Hers & Hers or whatever) but since she didn't customize those, the "Review your Design" dialog box popped up to alert her. Unfortunately, the message is so vague that she didn't understand what the problem was - she thought she had done something wrong. It would be much less confusing for the customer if the message could spell out what the issue is. Maybe it could read something like "you didn't customize this text, did you mean to do that?" or something on that order. Thanks!

Is there, or can be there someday soon, a way to sell product for a "limited time" so to create things that will "never to be sold again (maybe)" therefore greatly increasing, automatically, the "fear of missing out"? Also things could be sold for much more money as part of the collectability and specialty of items. Then, at the pre-schedule time (with a count-down on each product's page), the item can no longer be ordered and show it is "sold out" with a button option to have people sing-up to be alerted via email when new, time-limited things are for sale.

I was hovering over the notification bell where it shows you sales that were made etc. and noticed this message: you have two products that may need optimizing, review now So naturally I clicked on the product thumbnail image displayed and guess what? It didn't take me to the product to review it 🙂 Where it took me was a page of products that could use some help (some hidden some not public) Now it's possible that since it was mentioning two different products together it decided just taking me to the page where products might need optimizing or? Unless mine was a fluke or the product is no longer available to view please allow a click on this notification to take us to review the product in need of attention. Thank you

It would be enormously helpful if we could have an area where we could choose products/styles and be able to change prices across any/all stores at once. Changing by a couple 100 at a time is cumbersome and since many of our products do not drill down to different styles it makes it even more challenging to change prices efficiently. For example, I can't separate wrapping paper sheets vs rolls or different shapes of ornaments or different styles of t-shirts to give them different prices. If I had a place where I could choose the product style and store and make one sweeping change it could be done quickly. IMO a good pricing strategy is just as important as creation and promotion. Thanks for considering.

A new product idea - pillow wraps. They come in standard sizes with a Velcro closure, and can be designed for endless holidays, décor enhancement, special occasions, seasons, etc. I purchased the one in the photo many years ago. Thank you! 🙂
