The past few days I e-mailed back and forth with a customer, send her several examples of the product with her logo on it, and today it finally happened, she was very pleased with the design, she bought the product via the direct only link I e-mailed her. I am happy with the sale because it is a nice amount that I am going to receive, but even if the amount had not been so nice, it is such a disappointment to see that Zazzel considers this sale as "Referred None", it doesn't feel right... Make it right please, give all of your wonderful creators who use the direct only link, the referral, as we deserve it, thank you❤️

Good luck YSS! This happened to me a few weeks ago and sadly, it was never rectified in my favor.

I had told my husband that Zazzle had desk mats. He said he would buy one. I designed the style he wanted. He made the purchase through the link I sent him. But since he had browsed ahead of time, Zazzle apparently got the referral.
