An A/B test...  that's what we concluded in another thread here.  Some people have only seen it phones; others, on desktops; some none at all.

I'm seeing it now. It's funny because I am just now unhiding some neckties that got hidden because of "optimization needed" yet many of those neckties are also "trending". lol
