When you send us an email letting us know there's a chat message.....

I just got an email notification on my mobile device that there is a chat message waiting for me to read. This is great but.....

instead of just sending us a notice and suggesting we get the mobile app can you please please please include the chat message in our email notification. This would be enormously helpful.
