I would like to ask whether it is possible to sell an animated digital “Save The Date” card in GIF format through my Zazzle store. Currently, I see that digital downloads are supported in PNG, JPG, and PDF formats. However, I want to offer my design as an animated GIF, (which would allow customers to share their “Save The Date” digitally via email, WhatsApp, or social media.)
My plan is to:
Upload and list the printed Save The Date card on Zazzle as usual.
Mention in the product description that customers can contact me through Zazzle chat if they would like the animated GIF version of the design.
Once contacted, I would insert their personalized names and dates into the animation, and then provide the GIF file to them (either by attaching it directly in Zazzle chat, or if not possible, by arranging another method such as email/WhatsApp).
Could you please confirm:
Whether Zazzle currently allows animated GIFs to be offered as digital downloads?
If not, is there any approved method for delivering a personalized animated file to the customer after purchase?
Are there any policy restrictions I should be aware of regarding offering the digital animated version alongside the printed product?
