Customers are asking me where the download button is

Hi everyone a customer asked me how can I download your invitation as a digital file, and I don’t really know where the button is I know that some people in the forum have had downloads but when I look at my products there’s no digital download option I did allowed for the downloads to happen, but I can’t see where it is, any help?

The program is in its beta stage.  It is being tested on a small number of customers visiting the site.  Not every customer is seeing the option right now.  Assuming the testing goes well, it will be opened to more and more customers until it is eventually opened to all customers.

With that being said, some designers have reported that using different browsers help bring up the d/l option....

Thank you so much! I usually use Chrome. I can't see the digital download option. I put the URL into Firefox and I can now see the Instant Download option. Thank you!
