I just referred a customer to my downloads shop - I decided to see what the price would be for my image and added it to my cart and it is supposed to be $13 for a full color image (artwork) it is priced at $0.85....
I checked the royalty amount that I set for all of my full color artworks that I have available here and they are all doing the same thing. What is going on? Has anyone else noticed this? I thought maybe it was because of my default royalty being 14.9% but it clearly states in the default royalty area in my account "does NOT apply to instant downloads".
Thanks

I think that when you add your own product to your cart, it doesn't include your royalty in the price - so the price you see is just Zazzle's portion. When I add one of your downloads to my cart I get a price of $13.14. But if I add one of my own instant download posters to my cart I get a price of $0.81.

Ok, thank you for checking. I guess that makes sense. 🙂
