Can't pin a new product

Only maybe 15 minutes after I created a new product, I tried to pin it on Pinterest using the button beneath the product image, but I got a mostly blank pinning form that was unusable. I went on pinning other older products, and they were fine. I went back to the new product and still couldn't pin it.

Is this the norm now? Do we have to wait for some sort of indexing before a new product can be pinned?

I make the majority of my own pins rather than sharing from Z. I either schedule them or share immediately. BUT, if I make the pin for a NEW product and attempt to share it immediately Pinterest tells me think link isn't good. I'm taking a guess that it is due to the slow indexing so I schedule the pin for a later date.

Thanks, Patricia. It was frustrating because I've never had it happen before. It's nice to know Pinterest isn't taking aim at me. 🙂

I have a Pinterest button at the top of my page when I am on the internet. If the Zazzle share button doesn't work, I just use it. I have had it for a long time, so I can't tell you how I got it. Maybe this was it https://sharethis.com/social-media-buttons/pinterest-pin-share-button/

Thank you for reminding me! I have one of those buttons too but I apparently stopped noticing it. LOL

I just tested this by pinning a brand new product. It did not SEEM to show on Pinterest, but when I looked at my saved pins, my brand new pin for my brand new product was there, and when I clicked on the pin, it appeared as normal.
