Why do this?
It might be that this is what's needed to push your friend over the edge into buying it - and what's really great, they won't need to personalize it because it'll already be done when they click the link!
If the template text name field is the first one (and you left the URL parameter name as the default when you made the design) then you include this magic incantation in the url for your post:
t_text1_txt=Mary (or whatever name you want)
Here's a complete product url using it that you can paste into a Fb post or a tweet:
https: //www. zazzle. com/scottish_tartan_purple_red_tan_initials_plaid_cloth_napkin-185597270693555401?rf=238582202591969585&tc=your_tracking_code&t_text1_txt=Mary
(to make sure that the full url is shown here, I've had to add a space after https: and another before zazzle and another before com. To try the link, copy the text, paste it into the address bar in a new tab, remove the spaces and then hit enter)

If you had two template text fields then you'd add another incantation on the end:
&t_text2_txt=McDonald
(again, it assumes you accepted the default template text URL parameter name)
Note that I've included a ref id and a tracking code in the url in case you need to see how to do that as well.
Here's a screenshot showing where you can find the URL parameter name used in your design. Just select the template text you want changed by the link and look where indicated:
I don't think so because links have to be 'clean', that is, no parameters in the product url. Perhaps a mod ( @Cian ? ) can get this confirmed?
