I don't have anything else to add, really, except that the ones with the hand drawings are really fun and cool, you could certainly do adult shirts with those as well.

You need to use the keywords to the full. Take this example: https://www.zazzle.com/cute_giraffe_t_shirt-235749852515266605

You only have the keywords "Cute, giraffe, animal, and zoo".

I'd go with terms such as: Cute Giraffe, fun giraffe, giraffe cartoon, yellow giraffe, startled giraffe, giraffe t-shirt, child's giraffe shirt, giraffe on a shirt, zoo animal, on safari,

The shirts showing kids' drawings might inspire a parent to replace the image with one of their own children's, so you've missed a trick in not making them templates.

Once you got the descriptions and keywords right, start transferring to create further products.
