logo not changing

My logo for my profile not changing. I have 2 stores and my profile logo will not change to reflect on either store. BTW my new logo is showing here in my post but not on my stores.

I have the same issue that started at least 3 weeks ago. The only place my store logo doesn't show is on my storefront (public or behind the scenes).

There are two specific places to add/change your logo. Have you changed both areas?

Under you Personal Account information (settings/Profile)

Under each store's. (Hover over ICON on store heading for the pop-up window to add/change image)

Yes several times changing and dancing across them all. When I remove it. All good no logo. When I add the new one it shows. then when I go to stores the old one returns. When looking at my settings the new one is shown as my logo until I travel to the stores it's old one again. As you can see when I post here my new logo is shown. Got me...

This post might be helpful to you. It has solutions as to how to clear your cache so your banner changes show up. Maybe it will work for your logos as well.
