I'm relatively new to Zazzle, I have established a store and have many products up and several collections. My store completion is stated to be 70% and my profile is said to be at 60%. My problem is that I can't figure out how to improve these percentages. The page displaying these metrics does not seem to have any mechanism to show where you are short on completion and what you need to do to improve it. I've prowled the site again and again trying to get a handle on this and I am stumped. I am very frustrated. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks in advance.

I have a store I am ignoring. I see a list of what I can do to improve the completion. Do you have this as well? I see this on the right hand side of the page. If you have already done everything, you may find Zazzle will discover this after a few days and show as 100 Percent complete at that time.

For your store: at this address: zazzle.com/store/tony_mumolo_store in the backend mode, not public mode. Look to the right side of the screen. You should see zRank(some number) and below that Store Completion (some percent) Under that should be a list of things you need to "complete" ie "post 10 media items" (or something similar) I believe some of the others are "share 10 products" "make 10 collections" etc... If you post which ones are listed we can help you figure out how to complete those items.
For you member account: zazzle.com/mbr/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (x's are your member number- 18 digits long) Again, look to the right and see what is listed under Profile Completion
And just for kicks. Once the page loads, click in the url field and hit enter. The page will refresh, and the numbers might change. There is a glitch in the system... so you might not need to do anything. It might just be the glitch.

Your feedback is much appreciated; the metrics on the page you referenced don't make sense; As an example it says store products (+10) but I have a very high number of products up and running; also it says collections (+10) and I have 15 collections up on the store. I also have a banner image and what I understood to be all the other necessary aspects of the storefront. It just seems more confusing than it should be to get this right. I've the display metrics into this message so you can see what I'm looking at. Thanks for your help!

@tmumoloDid you try refreshing the page? As I noted at the end of the first post there is a glitch in the system. Sometimes when I go to a store or my member page I too see that it shows some things are missing, but if I refresh the page, magic happens and I'm back to 100% or 90% depending on the store...
Note though that when I visited your store, you were missing a store logo.
And just in case, to share products, way 1. backend > click share under a product image, click on of the socials or the chain link icon. You actually don't have to go any further and actually share it anywhere... Do that with 10 different products. Way 2. Go to a product page. Click any of the social links or the chainlink. Do that 0n 10 different products.
To share your collections. Open the collection. Under header to the right is a share button. Click it, click on a social link or the chainlink. Again, all you have to do is click one of those, you don't actually have to share it anywhere. Do that with 10 different collections.
If your not experiencing a glitch, then uploading a logo and sharing as described above 10 times for each type of share, then those should go away.

Thanks for the feedback; I will find out why those links don't work. I'm new to a lot of the social media aspects of this new adventure so I'm still learning.
