Vacation Response

Could we get a canned response notifying our customers when we are on vacation? Sometimes cruise ships, campgrounds, remote lodging, etc, do not have internet. I feel bad for a customer with a time sensitive question. It would be great if they could get a response when we will be back and recommending customer service if needed.
