Hi
I've just noticed a thin line 'artifact' near an image in a design I'm working on. When I look at the preview it's there in one image, but not in another. I don't want to end up with that as my printed pieces, of course. Any tips on what I may be doing wrong? It's an image in which I used the 'remove background' tool.
Thanks

@Evan
Hi Evan, If I am understanding what you posted…Are you talking about two separate images like ‘image a’ has artifacts but ‘image b’ does not? If that’s the case it might be that your saved image was corrupted before you uploaded it. Try checking image a in your software program where you originally created and saved it. Also, try reuploading image a and see if the artifacts are now gone after uploading. Better to save as at least 200dpi .png, rather than .jpg which can cause problems. I have had thin lines at the edge of my image, caused by a layer not completely removed, so now I drop a dark bg layer behind the image to see if I missed any artifacts. Then I can remove them before saving.
That’s all I can think of right now.
