Badges too dark

I keep receiving chat messages and negative reviews from customers saying that the badges are printed too dark since the supplier switch. They find this issue particularly bad with photos of people with darker skin tones. Also colors do not match badges they previously received.

Huh, I wonder why my once selling badges are now being canceled as of late. Perhaps this is the issue?
