It seems to me that the image (both text and picture) on the product page suddenly have become very blurry. The same goes for all the alternative views.
Although the product page looks quite bad, there seem to be very little talk about it - so I wonder if I'm in a beta test or something. I'm having the new layout with huge product images and alternative views under the picture.
Also I'm using a Windows 7 desktop and Brave browser.
Below a screenshot of what this new binder looks like on my computer. Is this what you see, too? Look for example at the word Welcome, how blurry it is. And the fish pattern is made from a vector file, it is actually razor-sharp!
This is just one example, I have checked quite a few products, both mine and others'. The problem seems to be everywhere, at least for me.

I am Adding my product issue to this thread as we have the very same problem - rather than open a new thread with the same issue - Hope you don't mind -
So .. as a designer you painstakenly create and draw designs to have a certain look- for instance.. a design I drew to look clear and crisp,, the dragonfly is to look sparkly and jewel-like - I get a blurry product image that personally if I were a customer I would pass this by and purchase a different product.. IF I could find one on zazzle that didn't appear blurry - it is important the preview product image look Great! to help Sell the product.. seeing this example of the product, I would expect the physical product to appear blurry.. Also on the flipside.. what IF the customer actually likes the blurry look and they get what the designer intended? a Sharp crisp design instead.. either way.. not good.
Please Zazzle.. make this a high priority to fix asap so we as designers can be proud of what were are trying to sell.

I'm having the same problem, with both type of wrapping papers and the scrapbook paper. These are the only ones I've tried yet. I tried different tile sizes at 300 dpi, even SVG vector image, all blurry. Interestingly, I could hardly find other people's wrapping papers that have the same issue, I wonder what affects this bug. Tested on Windows 10, Chrome and Firefox browsers.
Hello @carulcards, I checked your binder, it looks sharp on my end. Or at least noticeably sharper. Hmm... This is getting more confusing. My example is below.
My example: Product link - For now, I only put it up for sale for testing purposes. This is how it looks on my computer.
Please Zazzle, fix this!

@AnnabellaK
Thank you for checking the binder, that was helpful. It made me wonder if you're using Firefox or a Firefox clone? I actually found that my binder looked a bit better in Firefox.
I also checked your wrapping paper in several browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera), but it looked the same all the time (blurry). That made me think that your problem is a little different and may be related to your very large and detailed tile. Perhaps you could try to find the smallest repeatable tile that is possible to make? Right now the tile already include several repetitions - and it may be that the tiling function of the design editor doesn't handle that very well.
@Deb
Please chime in:)
I can really relate to what you're saying. I, too, put a lot of effort into my designs, trying to make them both beautiful and useful. Many times I have chosen not to publish a design because of the low image resolution on the product page.
By the way, have you tried to look at your design in different browsers? I have now found that my binder looks a bit better in Firefox.
Please @Scott, would you look into this?

@carulcardsYes, I use Firefox. You're right, it looks more blurry in Chrome.
Thank you for checking mine. I tried small tiles too, and I noticed that though it makes a difference if I tile a smaller image, it is still blurry. And what if I want to use an image that is not tileable? Like a painting. (The tutorials I saw on YouTube used large images without any trouble.) That's why I chose to post the worst looking one. But here's another one, with 6 inch wide tiles. Interestingly though, it seems to look better after posting it for sale. And I created another product from the previous one, choosing to edit it, and then click sell it again - the same design but tiled - and now that one looks okay. When I started it from scratch, it looked very blurry despite of using small tiles. So confusing. I deleted that very blurry one now, I didn't realize I can't edit my post here. 😥

Although a little blurry (especially in Chrome), your pattern look lovely!
When I published the binder for sale, it also looked nice, and then, a few days later, it suddenly became very blurry. Especially in my Chrome-based browser.
Right now I'm just waiting, I really don't want to create designs right now. There seems to be no way that I can make designs that look good, that I can feel happy about. Also the blurryness strains my eyes.
I just hope the Zazzle staff is going to look into this problem soon!

Thank you. I like your designs too. The fish art is public domain, right? I love how you made them into a pattern, very creative. And I like your font choices on your designs, sometimes I struggle with what suits the style. 🙂
I feel you. These were my very first designs for Zazzle, and I was so excited about their products, and now I'm just disappointed. I hid everything until I can figure out how to comply with new regulations. Hopefully, in the meantime, they resolve this. Though having no response from them, I don't know what to think. I don't know how things work on THIS forum, but I would expect a reply, that they registered this bug.

Thank you @AnnabellaK!
Yes, the original picture is public domain. A vintage label, the fish were inside an elaborate art nouveau frame.
Oh, I struggle with fonts, too! I guess that is unevitable, if you want to find some fonts that really suit your design. A good thing is that you start to remember them, what if I should try this one? And now we can mark our favorite fonts, that is really a good help!
I can't see your second pattern right now, but I remember that I especially liked how simply and elegantly you made the different parts come together. I think you used some kind of ribbon. Great idea!
I've had my Zazzle stores since 2013 and I have to tell you there have been many times like this. Sometimes I can't help wondering if the programmers on Zazzle deliberately try to destroy my designs! 🙂 On the other hand, they are creative, too. They keep trying to ensure that Zazzle stays on the top of the print on demand market. But I do wish they would set aside a little more time just to communicate and fix bugs.
Today I think I'm going to create something that is not a pattern. It seems to me that designs with patterns (as well as thin lines) are the ones that are most affected by this blurriness problem. Let's hope it gets fixed soon!

product mockups have been blurry for quite awhile (and yes the recommended size ratio is being used). Both text and images appear blurry and colors are muted

Hi!
I'm having the same issue with blurry previews. I've been on Zazzle for sometime and never had any problems with uploading product images. Love designing ties for men, BUT (after short break from being active on Zazzle) last design I wanted to list, couldn't get sharp image look on a product preview (look at the uploaded files). Everything is awfully blurry! No one would buy a tie with a preview like that, that's for sure. By the way, nothing has been changed in PS settings compare to previous tie designs (I have 26 perfect tie designs in my Zazzle shop). Tried different browsers - Chrome, Opera... What's happened in meantime?
PS settings are as follow:
RGB colors, 8 bits/channel, resolution is 300 pix/inch, JPG file Image size
I work in PS on template W 2400 pix H 24000 pix
Is there a solution to this? Do I make mistakes somewhere?
Please, advise me, let me know what to do in order to carry on listing new ties!
Thank you in advance.
Regards, Danka
