Does anyone have any solutions or answers as to why my PNG and JPEG images are so dang blurry when I upload them to Zazzle for designing? I have my images at 300 dpi. When I open them on my computer they look great. When I upload them to my other biz platform Corjl they look crisp and clear. I upload that same file to Zazzle and it is blurry and low quality. My files are exported from Affinity designer 2.0. Its very hard to design when it looks like junk.

Did you find a solution? I am having the same problem. I've been uploading images in the same format for years. But the last few listings, they are very blurry and the text is not legible. I can't post anything. They all look like garbage. I tried changing the format pdf, png, jpg. Nothing works.

Unfortunately no, I even contacted Zazzle and they said they would get back to me and they never did. I have resorted to finding POD-licensed images and directly importing them into Zazzles and using their-limited fonts. I still can't figure out why bringing in the images and then designing on Zazzle gives me clear images. When I design with those same images on another program and export them as a png and upload the predesign image it is super blurry. It is very frustrating as a designer.

That's what I thought too. But after listing the poster, it was still blurry. When I clicked on the second image of the poster that shows a close-up with the corner curled up. The text was so blurry I could not read it. When I list posters, I use .PDF files. For every listing, I get this message, for .PDF and .PNG files.
"We've noticed that your image is a different size than your selected poster size. How would you like to proceed?
Maintain my selected poster size (18"x24")
Use my image to resize to the nearest standard stock poster size(3.00" x 4.00")
Resize my poster to a custom size to match my image exactly(7.33" x 10.00")"
Most of the time it is fine when after I list it. But sometimes it seems to keep it at the 7.33" X 10" and does not change it to the 18" X 24" file that I uploaded. I print this file on my own large format printer, I know the 18" X 24" size is correct.
