Bought 3 of my own products, 2 are not showing in my sales.

Last week I bought 3 of my products.  2 of those products are not reflected in my sales, only one is showing up.  This is the first time I encounter this.  Has me worried I'm not getting credited for all of my sales.  I've contacted support but not heard back.

Two of those products are considered "private." This happens when you (as a store owner) open a product that you've previously posted for sale, and then modify the design, and then purchase the modified design.

So if we create it as a hidden new design, do we get credit for the sale?

Oh I see.  That's interesting.  I thought I paid extra because I didn't make it from scratch and my royalty was factored in, maybe it was removed in cart and I didn't notice?  And by modify design, do you mean personalize, or actually modify the design in some way?
