Buttons have Disappeared in all of my stores

I have several Zazzle shops and I can't find any buttons in any of them. They have magically disappeared. Anyone else having this issue? Zazzle what is up?

Yup - all my buttons are mysteriously missing...  magnets as well.

Same. All of my buttons and magnets are missing from the back end of my store in product listings. And nothing is showing up in the back end for the categories I set up for 'buttons' and 'magnets'. But, they are showing up in my collections in the back end??? And to make things stranger, buttons and magnets appear in my products, categories and collection in the public storefront! So, they are there, I just can't see them in the back end unless I go into my collections. ???

The problem you had with Buttons NOT showing up in our stores is NOT fix. NOW, as you can see by ATTACHED screenshot, the Buttons are all there BUT THEY WERE DELETED AND STILL SHOW UP IN THE PUBLIC STORE! The buttons need to be deleted. You did not fix the problem. There clearly is still a problem with Buttons either not showing up or we, the creator, can not see or delete them in the Store Management where all of our products are at. YES, we selected to see "all products". It is JUST that the Buttons previously made and not visible are NOW visible be THEY SHOULD BE DELETED AND GONE as they were in fact deleted many days ago.

Yup, all my buttons & magnets gone from my back end (old & recent). But they show up in the mp.

Same problem. You can see them in the collections though. Magnets previews have changed, perhaps it just takes time to index/refresh all of them.

I am having problems too. I have three stores and am missing both square button pins and square magnets.  Six items on one store, 51 items  on another and 57 items on another store. All are both square magnets and  square button pins! I use them for the Holiday sales and having 114 items missing on my store fronts is really going to hurt my sales. Is anyone looking in to this as Halloween items are already being purchased and the longer these items are missing the less sales I will have! I hope this is taken care of ASAP.

They're still visible in the public storefront, collections, and the general  marketplace. They're only missing from our "back ends" which is inconvenient but not going to effect sales.

came here to say this same thing. 

buttons show up in my public storefront under products, latest products created, and collections, but are missing from the 'recently sold' products list. 

they're also entirely absent from the backend of the stores.

I noticed yesterday that all my magnets were gone. I thought I accidentally deleted them all at some point!

Me too. I have a custom design, by me, I put on a button yesterday. DOES NOT show up at all. Not in the Admin area of Store Management, in Products tab. Nothing. Zip. Never shows up!

PS: Post a notice to Zazzle on X.com. "Follow" Zazzle on X.com and then click the + symbol to post a tweet to them. The may see it faster/sooner than what we post here. 🙂

I know you posted twice now about this issue but I still am missing buttons and square magnets and since today is 9/23/2024 I was wondering how much longer we have to wait for this to be fixed? It usually takes only a couple of days to a week and this was reported on 9/11/2024. Hope to hear something soon. Thanks for your help about this!

Post complaints to Zazzle's X.com (twitter) account. Include photo. Some people here do that as well.

It has been two weeks now. Are we ever getting these back?

Hey everyone. I work on the Software QA team, and I've been in touch with an engineer about this issue. We hope that it will be resolved very soon. I don't have much more update than that at the moment.

Generally speaking, if you reach out to Support about a bug it'll usually end up on my desk. I already read the forums (including this Technical forum) so issues mentioned here are usually captured and sent along fairly quickly. The trick is that engineering needs to balance fixing bugs with completing planned tasks, and fixing bugs isn't always as easy as correcting a typo.

Very sorry for the issues here. I'll share an update once I have one.

Thank you for responding Scott. While no doubt we are are grateful for what Zazzle offers creators, I ask this with respect and love: shouldn't Zazzle be 100% focused on fixing all bugs first before moving forward with any improvements or tasks?

Also, are there plans (?soon?) to make an iOS app so creators can access the store? Currently, the ONLY way I can get to my store from my iPhone is to go into one of my "product now listed" emails, click on the product in the email, then click on my own store name in the tiny text on the store stie...whereas an app should bring up directly to our store's backend and other task within VS. browser-based. Thoughts? 

PS: Any chance of creating an "Code Injection" field box so we can copy/paste the actually Google Tracking Code HTML so we can get real details on sales and activity instead of the restricted tracking with "only" the UA number? 🙂

PPS: while you're reading this, did you know the Pop-up 'Product Media Manager" notification frequently pop-up excessively and we can not seem to turn off the pop-up notification.

Thank you for the update. 😀 Yes, it's a nuisance having these products missing from the backend, but not knowing what was happening about it was even more frustrating. Crossing fingers we will be able to see, and access, them soon. Cheers.

The problem is STILL happening. Any idea when the problem with buttons will be fixed? I have a button on my public page that still is NOT visible in my Store Administration area. Therefore, I can't delete it. Still.

If I go to my store via the "view public storefront" on my banner, I can open a product then click on "More Options" in the ribbon menu at the top and select "Transfer Design", "hide listing", "Delete listing" This is on my laptop NOT a phone. Do you not see the same ?

That's helpful. 😀 I didn't think of doing that. At least I can now make sure any button listings I create can be uploaded to the correct collection. And I discovered that I had duplicated (and even triplicated) a couple of buttons when the bug started! I was able to delete them. Just hope the bug is fixed soon. 🤞

When I go to "View public storefront", there is no "more options".

Can you double check the steps and let me know, as I don't see a "More Options" in the public view to try your idea. Thanks! 🙂

Hiya.

  1. Click on "View Public Storefront"
  2. Click on the "Products" tab.
  3. Change Category to "Acessories" (the default for Buttons in Zazzle).
  4. Find one of your Button listings and click on it to open up the listing page.
  5. The top grey bar, Listing Tools, gives you lots of options to manage the listing, including a "More Options" at the end (right).
  6. Click on "More Options" and a drop down box appears where you can Transfer Design, Hide Listing or Delete Listing.

Hope that works for you. 😀

You can not do Step #3 from the Public Storefront:

  1. Change Category to "Accessories" (the default for Buttons in Zazzle).
  2. There is no "Accessories" options that I can find even in Store Management.
  3. Can you provide 1 or 2 screenshots in a reply to show us? Because I'm looking around in both Public and Store Management and don't see an Accessories.
  4. Is there a step or 2 missing maybe?

Is there a change or alteration in the steps to try?
