Buttons have Disappeared in all of my stores

I have several Zazzle shops and I can't find any buttons in any of them. They have magically disappeared. Anyone else having this issue? Zazzle what is up?

This is my public storefront. I could have sworn my #3 was category the other day when I wrote those instructions. I literally went through the process and wrote each step as I did it. ???? But today, it's the Department dropdown. The Category option now has all the product categories I set up. Anyway, if you choose Accessories from this drop-down box it will bring up your products under this department. (Image 1) You can double click on a button to open up the product listing. As you are logged-in, you see all the options to edit it. (Image 2)

Nice idea. I did all of that today. STILL the buttons are showing on the Public side!!!

Does it take a full day for an action such as "delete" to occur or does it take a few seconds?

I'll have to check later today to see if any change occured.

Great. So now when a customer click on any of the buttons on the public page, they go to....a generic Button product page. How does that look in the eyes of the consumer?

You know what guys? I don't consider myself an optimist, but really trying to look at it from the glass-half-full side, I think this is a "good problem". It means that there is "something" going on in the back-end. We know there is. I don't think this is a "button-only" issue. It MUST be a symptom that is popping up as the Zazzle team works on the kinks that have been affecting Zazzle as a whole lately. Being a programmer once many moons ago, I know that when you tweak something here, something there can go wonky. I like to use the Wordpress analogy. When you tweak the toe, the nose might go missing. Same here. I choose to believe that this is a good thing. Zazzle MUST be aware and working on a BIGGER issue that WILL automatically solve this smaller issue.
I know... I NEEEEEED this to be resolved soon too. I want my buttons back too.  I need to update and manage my back-end too.

it feels like zazzle has broke many things, this might affect everybody's sales, on the other hand, we got good news, fed has cut interest rates , we estimate that around mid october, the sales on zazzle will be good again. I hope.

The first, second, and third things the programmers must be obsessed about is having the website working perfectly and spending zero time on adding things until the software and servers work correctly. If creators and customers have issues with products on our sites, nobody makes money. Having a solid site and faster servers is always job #1. Well, it should be.

Oh my, I didn't notice this too, I need my buttons back, Oh common zazzle, what's going on? server broke again?

I post on Zazzle’s X.com/Twitter.  They sometimes reply “email issues to Social@Zazzle.com”

Well, it's the last day of the month and buttons are still missing. Not to beat a dead horse, but I'm frustrated that I won't be able to do my quarterly spreadsheets of how many products I created, etc. Also would be great to see sales stats for my buttons and magnets.

@epicdesigns  As mentioned earlier in the thread - you can edit and review everything from the product page "Menu Ribbon" when you switch to "View public storefront" from your store banner. Your sales stats would be under QUICK STATS. Of course this is only for the individual product.

Thanks, I do know how to view QUICK STATS. Unfortunately I do spreadsheets for each month that I like to list how many products I've created (no idea how many magnets from 9/1-9/10) , how any products have sold out of my total products listed so I can calculate a percent sold stat, etc. I'm just very organized and it's not a huge deal but it disrupts my monthly routine.

Yep. Zazzle should be laser-focused on fixing all issues with zero payroll being used for improvement. The site should be solid and reliable first before new stuff or changes.

I just discovered my magnets are back in store management. 😀 I'm in the process of creating and uploading mock-ups for all my listings. I left buttons and magnets to last. Clicked on my 'magnets' category (I've created product categories for all my product types), and they are there! Sadly, there are no buttons yet, but I hope they will return soon as well. 🤞
