Can't list items for sale? I am logged in. :)

Hello!

I am having an issue this morning listing items for sale. The button has disappeared and it just continues to say "Edit Design."

Anyone else having this issue? If not, any suggestions? 😄

Thank you!

Amanda

@Amanda23

if it's an invitation or greeting card - make sure you have an envelope selected before you post for sale

Helps the Tech Team if you have a link so they can investigate (though they don't work at weekend)

I had that on one occasion as well (not using any of Zdesigns/images, just my own). Had other stuff to do and when I came back the next day it worked as usual again.

Thank you. I'm hoping it's just a blip. I'm going to check out some of the other info shared above as well, but this makes me feel better. 🙂

Oops. Wrong button. This didn't actually solve my issue. lol But it's good advice...Haha. Maybe if I'm still not working on Monday, I will link and post again as you suggest. 🙂

I did verify I had an envelope selected. I don't often do cards, so this was news. Thank you!

Check out this thread - you'll find all the common reasons that the sell button doesn't appear: Reasons the Sell It Button Does Not Appear or is ... - Zazzle

Interesting... I was unable to remove the "Zazzle" label at the bottom. Once I selected to leave it on the design, the "sell it" button appeared. Kind of a bummer. I put a small design in that spot. Oh well. At least I can sell now!

After you publish it, you can go into edit details, and then merchandising and uncheck the box to make Z's logo disappear.  I make sure my logo or any decorative element is right above Zazzle's in case the customer wants to uncheck that box and put it back.
