The accessory pouches are a great addition but when I copy elements from the front to the back the positioning is way too high on the back. It's happening on the large and small pouches. Here is a link to the example - https://www.zazzle.com/cosmetic_bag_example-256197587343076441. And here are some photos. As you can see from the last photo the elements on the front and back don't line up even though they are a direct copy from side to side. It might be fine when printed, but I think the mockups need some work. Thank you.

Bumping this up as it's a really great product but the mockup needs some help. Can a moderator please look into this. Thank you!

Also notice that on the last mockup shown that the images on the front appear off-center even though on the 1st mockup they are centered correctly. When you place a monogram in the center the last mockup looks really bad

Thank you for reporting. I had the same problem, and it is really hard to see (or rather impossible) if lines on both sides line up...

I *may* know why this is happening. It could possibly be an incomplete "fix" from an issue I pointed out in a review of the pouches after receiving some when they first came out. Long story short, the things near the bottom on the back were getting pulled down into the seam, even if they were showing as in the "safe" area on the template.
If you're interested, here is a video of my review: https://youtu.be/EUSKgFq_TAE?si=dpQs9P-n-uonmQOC . The part where I show the problem mostly begins around minute 7.
@Mark and @James , can either of you see if this was a backend "fix" due to this issue? I never received word back if they changed anything as a result of the review (it was a consistent issue across multiple designs). I was really hoping to know how to proceed in designing the pouches. I haven't really designed any new ones as a result of not knowing, and I also never received any note back if I could possibly edit the original files (without losing all my views and likes) to fix the text from getting cut off on the large number of pouches I created. (I know those with higher sales have this permission. I would have to totally relist all of the items after I fix the problem, and I was too overwhelmed and bummed out to do that.)
Thank you.
Amanda
