Can't Post for Sale!!!

Is anyone else having this problem. I have logged in and out, and edited and redited the item, but no "post for sale" button appears.  Help!  Trying to active collections, but if we can not post our items this is slow going...

Have you tried unchecking the "Remove Independent Creator Credit" check box?

@SwissVillage I did read that if you put your artwork as a background without creating a layer - that would stop it posting for sale.

What product is it? If it's a card you have to select an envelope

It does help the tech team if you post a link to your work in progress so they can investigate

 I specified an envelope and don't have artwork that is a  background without a layer. The link (prorably only accesible to Zazzle)  is below. So frustrating...

@SwissVillage am sure they'll have a look at it tomorrow. And are you double sure you didn't add any icons by mistake - that could stop it selling too?

Thanks Sara - No icons. It was a copy of another item in the marketplace just in another format.  I just looked to confirm I didn't somehow click on something, and there is only a rectangle from the shapes options.

@SwissVillage perhaps it's by design if it's the exact same design and the only difference is the form factor maybe to stop duplications in the market place?

Am sure they'll fix it for you.
