can't see all my collection pages

Starting a new thread because I think this is yet an additional collection problem.

When viewing my collection pages, I can only see the first 3 pages. When I go to page 4, it will say page 4 at the bottom but it will still be page 3 – it's not changing. When I go the other direction (starting with the last collection page), I get to page 5, which shows the same thing as page 6. (I have 10 pages total when I'm in backend view.) I also can't view more than 20. When I click on 92 or 200 nothing happens, although it says 92 or 200.

I only found this yesterday evening (4/12) because I made some new products & was making sure they showed up in their newly placed collections. And then I couldn't get to their pages. It was working earlier in the day.

Since you added to collections yesterday...(may have to do with indexing)
My suggestion---clear your history, cache, logout, close browser, then log in again, see if that fixes the page view issue.

@idraw  Good suggestion, but nope, it didn't work.

When I'm signed out I can't see page 3 (shows same collections as page 2) & going backwards from page 8, I see nothing new at page 4 (same as page 5). Maybe it does have to do with adding new products/weird indexing, since the other pages show up just fine. There were 3 collections that I added new products to, and they were probably on the pages that won't show, both on my backend & if I'm not signed in.

Please fix???

This is actually the same issue as the other collections issues that we're seeing. We hope to have this resolved soon.

Thanks, @Scott. I didn't realize that it was part of the other collections issues going on. Sorry for the duplicate thread. Looking forward to this being fixed soon.

This is not a duplicate thread, and I don't mind you creating this discussion. You're probably not the only user that will encounter this issue, and other folks can now visit this discussion and find an update on the situation.

I'll provide another update when I have one.

So since last night, 4/13, I can get to all of my missing collection pages. But only 1 of the 3 collections is working correctly. (I initially put 5 new products in 3 collections.) 2 of them on the collection pages are blank. And when I click on those blank collections, it opens to a blank collection that says "sorry, there are no results". I can get to the collections if I go to the product page of another product in that collection & then scroll down & open up that collection from there. And it's not empty.

Hi admin team     

        I am facing the same problem as Marcia. I have this collection  https://www.zazzle.com/collections/ephemera_french_postcard_decoupage_tissue_paper-11955485882298779...    When i go to my main collection page this collection shows empty but it says " 107 items"  When I open this collection there is no item and it says "Sorry There are no results"    I hope this problem will get fixed soon. I’m having this same issue, so I hope it gets fixed. I can see the items count in my collection but when I click on it, it says “sorry, there are no results”

Do you know if the ‘Request Error’ thing is as well. I saw someone else post about it, but it was dealt with on the back-end so I’m not certain if there’s anything I can do on my side to fix it, but it says ‘Request Error’ on my end when I attempt to click on my collections.

This discussion is not related to the current issue where users are seeing a Request Error page when they go to their collection. There's several other conversations on that topic. If you're experiencing this issue please let us know in one of those discussions.

Locking this as the problem here has been resolved.
