Cannot add products to a Collection.

I am so frustrated and lost. Can someone please help me? I already posted about this issue under General Discussion. I am having persistent issues with being unable to add products to collections I have created. I created a series of TEST DEMO collections. I was able to create two successful Cross Event collections successfully. After having created just 2 TEST collections I ran into a number of persistent errors. 

I am struggling and need help please. I have spent three frustrating hours and cannot figure out why this is happening! I am so very aggravated with this whole process of trying to create collections. It is time consuming, buggy and dodgy. No disrespect. So I am reposting what I already posted here. Sorry if this is NOT the appropriate or right spot for this. 

When I create products to add to a collection I only see the first 2 collections I created under the Add to Collection under the SELL IT Dropdown menu - please see screen capture. 

I do NOT see any of the other collections I created listed.

I am missing a collection. Please see next screen capture. I should see another collection I created called Home Test 3 listed in the collections.

As you anyone can see there are 3 collections. 

When I try to add products like this pillow to Home Test 3 I do NOT see Home Test 3 in the SELL IT drop down menu under Add to CollectionsZAZZLE_COLLECTIONS_ERROR4.PNGI am then prompted to create a new collection. When I create a new I get this error message that states that this collection exists in a different store. I only have one store. 

What does this error message in red mean? I only have one store. So this makes no sense. 

Can someone please help me? I am at my wits end! Is this a bug? 

I DO NOT want to add products to any other collection besides Home Test 3. That is the intended collection. NOT the other two collections listed. 

I hope this makes sense. 

Is anyone else having the same or similar issues? If so how did you workaround them. 

Again I have deleted and created new collections over and over and nothing works. 

I am struggling and need help please. 

Thanks in advance. Collections should NOT be so impossible to create.

As was stated in an earlier post I may have found the solution. I simply had to create another collection after the other 3 collections were created in order to see the missing collection with in the drop menu of the add to collection under the Sell it button. 

So it looks as though I can add products to collections now.

My missing collections in the select menu on the posting page worked fine for a long time. Now, they are still in my collections list but not on the select menu when I post. I have nottified Zazzle about this but no response. In the meantime, I am selecting another collection. It takes the joy out of creating new products if they are never seen.
