Missing Products

I created several graduation announcements for music majors.  They show up on my end (store management).  However, when I go to my store in the public storefront they are nowhere to be found.  And, when I search the Marketplace using exact the wording I used for tags, none of them show up.  There is only one page in search results.  They should be there.  They were made a couple of weeks ago.  I don't understand.  I am posting this a second time because I am getting no response from Zazzle.  Why would we spend time designing and jumping through hoops, only for Zazzle not putting them in the marketplace.  Is anyone else having this issue?

I should have said the Store name is Commencement Day.

I am having the same issue. I have searched in the marketplace using the exact title (as well as different keyword mixes) and went through all the pages showing in search to the end and some of my product(s) are not showing up.

We really need answers re all the disappearing items, and what we’re supposed to do to prevent it or have them made visible.

We are not just designing we’re creating multimedia, marketing and more so to now have them NOT show after all this with no understanding as to why is completely unacceptable.

Is it a technical blip or is it like QC something new we need to be aware of and correct ourselves? 

What is the corrective action?

Should we stop creating till we have an update?

I don't know if this is related at all, but I suddenly can't search the back end with tags, only with titles. I'm trying to update the titles, tags, and descriptions of basically everything I've ever posted, and I have a lot of products with the exact same, if not very similar titles, so this is a big problem for me.

I am experiencing the same issue. Over 100 new items I added are missing. They do not appear on the store management page or in the collection. I am hesitant to continue adding products until this issue is resolved.

I just searched "party hat" in my store ... NO PRODUCT FOUND.

I went to my spreadsheet and got an ID # for a party hat. Searched the PID in my store ... NO PRODUCT FOUND.
I searched the same PID in the marketplace and found my product. The location of the hat per Zazzle is:

Clicking on the links at bottom of the Product page ... there is no Decor, so I chose DECORATIONS, then Paper Party Hats.   Three more iterations of my search (narrowing down by words in description/tags) I finally found my hat). Following links on the PRODUCT page from the MARKETPLACE I did eventually get to my store, where a new search was required ... No party hats in my store. (Note: the drilldown in the store shows DECOR)

I am having the same issue with a Save the Date and wedding invitation. I know it posted because I had collegues helping with tags and I had sent the link to them. Nowhere to be found now.
