Changes to marketplace department not working

I have been individually editing products and changes to marketplace department aren't working, even after several days they haven't shown up as changed.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. Can you provide a link to a product exhibiting this behavior? Can you also confirm what department you wish to move it to and when you requested the change initially?

Thank you for your response-here's one of the products. I want to change it to Office & School > Office & School Supplies > Binders & Folders > Binders

I am having the same issue.
I moved products around in my store 3 days ago. I want to delete the original category I had them in so I could clean up my shop, but I can't because the products are still in there.
NOTE: They show up correctly on the front end. The back end is not being updated.
Example: All the products in this category: https://www.zazzle.com/store/holidaybug/products?cg=196882518564351534
moved here https://www.zazzle.com/store/holidaybug/products?cg=196001069821173455
It was suggested I add this here. But if you prefer a new thread let me know. I get stresses as to which is the best approach.

Mine still have not been changed from a month ago if there is a time lag issue going on, and they still do not change immediately when I make a change. I am doing these individually. Again, I am changing marketplace department, not store category. Thanks
