Character Map Symbol Problem

This may be a niche problem, and might be a warning to other creators. Anyone experienced the following?

This is an old design of mine which sold once; I used a heart character from the character map to make the background heart (I can't remember why I did this, I imagine it was quicker than drawing a heart).

Somehow, the heart character has enlarged without my editing the card, breaking the design; the heart has spread beyond the bounds of the card, and obscured the text. It seems I can only replace and delete it, losing the associated benefits of having sold it.

I believe this issue may be related to this one but I am not entirely sure.

I will pass it on to the team now and let you know when I have any more information.

Thanks @Mark, I wasn't sure where to start searching the forum with this one. The thread you've linked to specifically mentions the heart character, surely the same issue. I'll hold off on deleting the product in the hope that a solution is found.
