Collections disappeared from back end

I seem to have lost about half of the collections on the back end of my sunnysites store.

For example:

Not sure if it's related, but I am experiencing a sudden downturn in sales and downgrade of my store.
I'm getting so discouraged from the constant battle with tech issues. There seems to be something every day. Thanks for fixing these things.

Update: the store downgrade is reversed, but the collections are still not there. So that is apparently not related. Not sure what is going on? Thank you for your help.
